How does the CFH (lariat) look as a finisher for me as opposed to the Chokeslam?

The lariat was either poorly executed or sold horribly, not sure which yet. Maybe both.

Go back to the chokeslam.

You seem to work very light for your size so I'd say a chokeslam is the much better option. Also that guy's awful awful selling didn't help you out at all. His clothesline to you on the outside looked 100 times more impactful. Stiff him next time.

Clothesline finisher at least needs some run up/momentum behind it. You can't just deliver it standing in place. Not a believable finisher unless it looks like it has some impact behind it. Of course the guy's selling did not help.

Well, actually the refs in the way too when I was coming in with the lariat (I was actually telling him "get the F*ck out of the way" when I saw him selling out for the finish) The one reason I started using it instead of the Chokeslam because A, a lot of guys don't jump and I end up having to muscle the guy up and it looks like crap. B, I like using it is because there's a lot of "variations" that I can hit it from (the running closeline, reversal into it, and of course the ol' Jake the Jake arm wrench into the line)

i don't think i've ever seen someone's knees buckle from a clothesline

this alone should tell you about the shows you appear to be working/"quality" of the guys you're in with

and you could have gotten the ref out of the way/moved him to the side yourself. If you're going to use a lariat as a finish, fucking hit people with it. You can have the best match in the world and if your finish looks weak, the whole thing is going to get shit on.

I have my own opinion with this group, and I can tell you Rollermacka is one of the few solid workers in that promotion. I'm not even going to start my rant on his opponent in this video. Don't want his cult christian fans to send me death threats of getting hit by an 18 wheeler again.

Either the guy sucks or he was being a dick by not selling it right. Can't really tell since I don't know him.

You seem to be the only decent worker of the matches I've seen of this league.

Next time he tries to pull that shit give em a broque kick.

Thanks for the update, RM. Have you considered creating a profile for Paul Titan at CageMatch.net when the promoter starts pushing you?

Right now, I can track your match results by searching for NWA-Houston results or by looking at what you post here. Having a CM profile might be a good idea if you have a high-resolution photo to put up.

I'd also change the name from Paul Titan to John Spartan
