Could be a promoter, wrestler, trainer. I'll post mine after I'm done playing MLB the Show.

Gotta say Verne Gagne

Trained Flair, Steamboat, Hennig , the list gone on and on

Launched the careers of HBK, Hogan, countless others

Vince McMahon easily.

No body gets shit on more whether it be calling him dumb, senile, evil, etc. only to have the single greatest wrestling promotion of all time and forever changing the wrestling world to where it will be enjoyed by countless generations.

Booker T
- one of the GOAT tag teams
- solid matches on WCW undercard with Benoit and Lance Storm
- decent world champ first time round, even though WCW was falling apart around him
- held his own with The Rock
- surprisingly made a good job out of a thrown together tag team with Goldust
- one of the better King of the Ring winners

People give Vince shit in spur of the moment anger, but I think everyone acknowledges what he's done for the industry, no matter how they feel about his more recent decisions.

Yeah my love of Regal is well documented here, but lots of people love him. I wouldn't call him under appreciated. Underutilized maybe.
