As the first ever WWE War Games match I'd probably make it an all star line up, use the HHH/Vince thing and have Hunter lead a team against Vince's picks to continue the angle and keep it heel/ face with Orton turning on Hunter.

Damn it, Shisen. I was about to bet $1.37 with anyone who was going to pick Team Not Cena.

Well, I think the first step in introducing this type of match would be a prize up for grabs that both sides could really stand to benefit from. Without a brand split, it's a tad more difficult to create that sort of thing, but I'm sure if we all put our heads together...

Winning team is #25-30 and losing team is #1-5 in the Royal Rumble?

That's probably amongst the most feasible things to fight for as a team in today's WWE landscape. Doesn't really seem like you'd want to go to WAR for it, though, ya know?

Winning team faces each other in an Elimination Chamber the following PPV for the WWE title?

OK, here we go...

In the Daniel Bryan v. John Cena title match at Summerslam, Daniel Bryan wins...by countout...after he has stretched Cena's limbs into oblivion and Cena can't climb back into the ring, even after Bryan himself trying to lift Cena back into the ring (playing into Vince's point that Bryan isn't strong enough).

The next night on Raw, a reluctant Cena on crutches announces that he has sustained an undisclosed injury at the hands of Bryan, and he won't be cleared to wrestle by the 30-day-must-defend clause. An ecstatic Vince McMahon comes down and happily strips John Cena of the title.

Triple H confronts McMahon and thinks that Daniel Bryan should be the champion, but of course Vince isn't down with that.

(I'm being very loose here, so...)

Basically, the title is up in the air, and you have a very hungry locker room of superstars trying to prove their case as a title contender to either Vince or Triple H. People keep trading wins back and forth to the point where ANY number of people seem like viable contenders for the title. Eventually, a decision must be made, so Vince and Triple H pick teams of mixed heels and faces. Vince's team will probably be bigger stereotypical guys like Big E Langston, Big Show, Brock Lesnar, etc. while Triple H's will be the anti-champtypes like Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, CM Punk, etc.

Winning team faces each other in an Elimination Chamber later. You can maybe even do that on Raw the next night. Would be huge.

I dunno.

Trying hard to think off way to get so many guys into a match like this with the emotion needed to get it over.

They should have done this with evolution vs Benoit, hbk, foley, the rock at the ppv before wrestlemania 20 or

Wwe needs to cut e shit and fill up a whole stable with heels. Not these mini 3 man squads.

Makes it easier to put these matches together.

Cena and Bryan joins Heyman. Vince leads a group to prevent Heyman taking over. Heyman and Vince are also active like Ellering and Cornette were

Heyman, Cena, Axel, Lesnar, Bryan

Vince, Orton, Big Show, Sheamus, Del Rio

Surely Punk would want in on that if it were booked any time soon?

How about orton cashes in, turns heel with Herman's help. Orton, Lesnar, axel, swagger and Cesaro after forming an alliance with colter. They win the tag belts so they have a power alliance running the show

Then they face off with cena, Bryan, punk, HHH and Vince.

I think they'd go for a 7 on 7 match with two rings being used, especially since lately with ppv's like Bragging Rights and SummerSlam 2010, they've been doing more 14 man tags than 10 man tags.

I think the Triple H-Vince rivalry would work best with Trips having one team and Vince having his, I'd have it be winner take all like Survivor Series 2001, maybe even elimination style instead of the one person giving up to lose it.

There's certain people that have to be in this one. Triple H would probably want in this, so I'd have him represent his own team, and Vince, like Survivor Series 2001, would pick someone else.

Other people that have to be in this match are John Cena, Brock Lesnar, CM Punk, and Undertaker, this match is that big. If possible I'd try and get The Rock back for it.

Triple H would have the face super team of Triple H, John Cena, Undertaker, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Rob Van Dam, & The Rock (or Sheamus or Dolph Ziggler if Rock isn't available) vs. Vince McMahon's team of Brock Lesnar, Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Ryback, & either Alberto Del Rio or Bray Wyatt.

It seems like the most obvious route would be Team Triple H vs. Team Vince McMahon, with Triple H likely choosing a team consisting of himself, John Cena, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton and most likely Sheamus. Unless there are other shenanigans between now and then. For example: I can't help but think that Vince McMahon is going to try and screw Daniel Bryan out of the WWE Title. But he's gone on the record as saying he doesn't want John Cena to be WWE Champion, either. That leads me to believe he could screw Bryan one of two ways:

1. He screws Bryan and sides with John Cena. This wouldn't necessitate a Cena heel turn. Maybe he is unaware of the McMahon assistance (or pretends to be).

2. Vince McMahon said he wanted a guy like Triple H but younger to be the WWE Champion. There's a guy that used to ride with Triple H who holds a guaranteed shot at the WWE Title whenever he wants. I could see Randy Orton becoming Vince McMahon's chosen "Corporate Champion" in the near future. Although they might work best as lone wolves, The Shield aligning with Vince McMahon and Randy Orton not only allows them to have guys to beat down Bryan and allow Orton to become WWE Champion easier, but it also brings more championship gold with them into the new Corporation.

So this would align Randy Orton with The Shield in time for Survivor Series. This would leave Triple H, Daniel Bryan & John Cena pissed off with them. Perhaps The Undertaker could return for this match, since he does have history with Triple H and against The Shield. Some other upper-card heel could align with Orton & The Shield for the match. It'd have to be someone big. Maybe Kane has done a random heel turn somewhere in here and is now with Vince McMahon?

That's a more realistic take. I'd rather see Cena and McMahon align and Triple H and D-Bry try to stop them. Maybe Randy Orton is the wild card in the match? Maybe Vince McMahon enlists him into the Corporation alongside Cena, since they are his "two biggest stars." Maybe when tensions for the match are raised and Triple H wants control of the WWE to be on the line, Vince McMahon sells out and goes to Paul Heyman to get Brock Lesnar on his team, in exchange for making Paul Heyman a General Manager in his WWE. This brings CM Punk to the Triple H/Daniel Bryan side.

A lot of people might scoff at this pick, given that he's been a comedy act for a long time now, but maybe Drew McIntyre could join the Orton/Cena/Lesnar team, since he was Vince McMahon's chosen one. At first he could be a shock reveal when he costs Bryan the WWE Title to Cena, but then he reveals a more serious side and that he desperately wants to be the World Heavyweight Champion like Vince McMahon predicted. The final two members of Team Triple H are revealed to be The Brothers of Destruction, who Triple H chooses due to the respect he has for The Undertaker and the tag team synergy Kane has with both The Undertaker and Daniel Bryan. The last member of Vince McMahon's team is Dean Ambrose, who is chosen because of his unpredictable style and ability to thrive in chaos. Plus it's a tiny bit of a rub for the guy.

So you end up with:

War Games for Control of the WWE
Triple H, Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, The Undertaker & Kane vs. John Cena, Randy Orton, Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre & Dean Ambrose

If you don't like Drew McIntyre getting pushed into Team McMahon, you can have Curtis Axel in there.

What's the point in a War Games match if you can't bleed?

What's the point in a War Games match if you can't bleed?

They actually bleed in the match and it is a huge deal. They still bleed occasionally in WWE, but it isn't the buckets that were spilled on a weakly basis. I think that is a good thing because it makes someone getting busted open mean a million times more than it did just 5-6 years ago.
