Ok seriously though, this was a good way to end it. Bryan getting the title for a third PPV in a row would have been stale. Orton getting it would have been bad for Bryan as a top guy. Since there is a Hell in a Cell PPV next, this is good booking for that match.

No contest finish or not, I think the problem is more that it was a finish more suited for a free episode of Raw and not something you pay $50 for. Seems logical that the free shows would be what sets up the resolution that you pay a shitload of money to see. BUT I DUNNO.

Cesaro is amazing. Thats the type of thing they NEED to do again on Raw, then Turn him face against Zeb and Swagger. Or Turn them against Zeb and make them Face Real Americans. Cesaro as a face pulling off amazing feats of strength every week would just be unreal over.
