According to the Observer, Io Shirai is strongly considering leaving WWE to go back to Japan. Mainly due to her being very unhappy being separated from EVIL who she is currently dating and also some pay issues in NXT.

Meltzer also reported that WWE is already strongly considering plans to promote her to the main roster soon and give her a significant pay raise in order to entice her to stay with the company.

Was just thinking about how many guys are just floating about "having matches" on Raw. Everybody has the same fucking push too. Well, if you can call it a push. Send Cedric Alexander, Ricochet and Humberto Carrillo back to NXT and have them go against Angel Garza, who can have the arrogant gimmick of calling them out for being main roster try-hards that are now coming after him.

Cedric can be written off by Seth Rollins, Humberto by Andrade and Ricochet by Buddy Murphy (to build up the Black program). Try and smooth things out there and give them some focus.

The Viking Raiders are just...there. Have them drop the Raw Tag Titles to The AOP, then send The War Raiders back to NXT, where that reversion would get them a huge pop. They can be the team that beats O'Reilly & Fish.

Cedric can be written off by Seth Rollins, Humberto by Andrade and Ricochet by Buddy Murphy (to build up the Black program). Try and smooth things out there and give them some focus.

The Viking Raiders are just...there. Have them drop the Raw Tag Titles to The AOP, then send The War Raiders back to NXT, where that reversion would get them a huge pop. They can be the team that beats O'Reilly & Fish.

Mass Transit Incident episode is going to be really good.

For some reference, this is the notorious incident where New Jack beats the utter bloody crap out of a wrestler who ended up lying about his age and turned out to be a minor. Also the backlash was soo severe that ECW almost lost their PPV deal with a cable provider for good because of this incident.

Did way more damage to the company's image than the Sandman Crucifixion angle earlier in the year that led to Kurt Angle dropping all talks with ECW and threatening them with a lawsuit if they ever mentioned his name with the company at the time.

According to Kurt Angle, Jason Jordan is still dealing with lingering blood circulation and nerve issues from his neck injury in 2018.

According to the Observer Newsletter, NJPW's bad blood with AEW ended up going as far as them issuing legal threats against the company and Kenny Omega.

One person noted that Harold Meij wanted at the time to go directly to Khan. Khan didn’t come and who, for reasons having nothing to do with the wrestling industry, has never been to Japan and may never come to Japan. Things got worse due to legal threats made against AEW and Omega, which put relations at a terrible level, to the point neither side wanted to acknowledge the other. According to Fightful, seems The Revival are going to wait till the very last minute to make an official decision whether to stay or leave WWE.

Also had an offer worth around more money than what Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows got to stay and another offer that was for a reduced work schedule.

One WWE source said that Dawson and Dash have not outright rejected the deals, but haven't been quick to accept them, either. The situation surrounding the two has very much remained the same, with them wanting a well-booked tag team division. The source stated that WWE is "throwing everything at the Revival, and they're just saying 'we'll let you know.'"

On the flip side, he's also staying in a company that's at its coldest point in a long time. Its why he also started working for NWA and keeping the NJPW door open for himself just to maintain his outside exposure.

Got around to watching NXT UK's TakeOver show from Sunday.

Pretty good show overall although NXT UK still hasn't had a TakeOver I'd put on the same level as a upper tier NXT TakeOver.

Tyler Bate vs. Jordan Devlin was great and one of those must see type matches. Women's title match and Ladder match for the tag titles were also very good.

Not sure what was dumber, the booking decisions during WALTER vs. Coffey match or what happened after the match.

Undisputed Era randomly showed up at the end and laid out Imperium for a brand warfare feud that likely won't have any implications or abruptly ends after Worlds Collide just like with Survivor Series.

WWE literally used a NXT UK TakeOver show just to put over regular NXT in the end.

According to the Observer Newsletter, ticket sales for next weekend's NXT & NXT UK Worlds Collide event have been very weak or sluggish.

Same for next month's TakeOver event selling slower than usual for a TakeOver show but they still have a month to go for sales.

There are two shows in Houston, the Rumble, and the Worlds Collide show the night before at the Toyota Center. Worlds Collide ticket sales are very weak, basically ringside and most but not all of 100s as they haven’t sold out the side of the hard camera, and the rest of the building isn’t for sale. Similarly, the 2/16 Takeover show in Portland also has a weak advance. About 60 percent of the 100s that would normally be for sale are on sale, not including what you’d expect not for sale due to the stage. They are not opening up any other seats at this point for Worlds Collide. The secondary market get in price is $26 for lower level tickets.

Also seems the boost of being on FOX and running shows on Fridays instead of Tuesdays has benefited Smackdown a lot despite the quality of shows being very hit-or-miss since the move. Before they were averaging around half of what they currently are doing for shows.

Notes from the 1/10 Smackdown tapings in Evansville. They did a healthy near full house of 7,000 fans. Crowds are now significantly up for the show. It’s due to both the show being higher profile on FOX and Friday is a better night to draw than Tuesday.

Fightful recently release their report on Tessa Blanchard's issues during her time with Women of Wrestling that collaborate the bully accusations and her bad rep of being a pain to work with in the indies.

She's pretty much become the Low Ki of women's wrestling when it comes to the amount of bridges she burnt and level of bad rep on the indies.

Tessa Blanchard would have it out with WOW trainers, telling one that she shouldn't be teaching and didn't belong there and she's not good enough to be in the position. The trainer was said to have cried in front of the group, and when someone tried to reach out to Blanchard about it, she wasn't interested in talking about it and really just didn't show interest in WOW at all.

There was also a confrontation between Tessa and another top name in WOW, after weeks of tension that escalated into a verbal battle in front of others as well. It wasn't revealed who was at fault in that particular situation. There was another fairly public shouting match between Tessa Blanchard and Malia Hosaka, which led to Malia being the only person getting reprimanded, which some members of the roster saw as unfair. This also lead Alisha Edwards and Hosaka getting into a physical fight.

Not to defend Tessa using the racist language or anything, but the idea of her yelling at a trainer and making them cry is pretty...weird for pro-wrestling. I get that it's a PR/be conscious of feelings time period, and in most lines of work I am completely for it, but come the fuck on, lol.
