Also, I can't help but notice there doesn't seem to be any explanation for her suddenly asking for her release. If I had to guess, first guess would be anything under "personal" (more time for family or whatnot), 2nd guess and a real long-shot at thatbis that she was outright told or assumed that she would never again be considered main event or even Divas' Champion material, again, which I SERIOUSLY doubt; I do think it's more likely the former reason or something along those lines.

It's business sure, but I think could have made a huge jump in that division with the exposure and they imo failed. Could have easily capitalized more on the AJ Lee promo she cut on them months ago. More realistically, she saw the writing on the wall that she wasn't a big enough "Total Diva" to warrant extra television exposure, and decided it's time to move on.

Besides wanting to get married and/or have kids, apparently the other reason for her sudden departure was her growing frustration with Creative and their inability to commit to doing anything for her in recent months.

Kaitlyn is done with WWE as of today. The word we got from people in WWE was that there were a lot of storylines involving her that she was wanting/expecting that never came to fruition, and that essentially she was just over it.

After being Alicia Fox'd for around three months, even though she was one of the best Divas they had on the roster, I can see why she asked to be let go.

If I was quite talented at what I do, but yet I just play second fiddle to a bunch of reality television stars, and all I'm ever used for is to fill a space and make up numbers, I'd probably be unhappy myself.

But I wish her the best in the future and here's hoping she makes a return sometime down the line.

I liked Kaitlyn. She had a great personality and could deliver solid in-ring performances. Plus, speaking as a male, I wanted to have sex with her. I hope she does well in whatever it is she chooses to do. I don't know if she's planning to stay in wrestling, but TNA would be foolish to not offer her a contract. She seems the sort of performer to do really well in that sort of intimate environment and could work well with TNA's more relaxed content restrictions.

If Kaitlyn goes topless on TNA television, it will become the greatest program going at that time-slot.

The success of Total Divas is great, but I do feel that the WWE have mishandled the possibility for personalities to be developed out of this. The Total Divas are all faces and that's it. Along with Paige and AJ Lee, they could really generate genuine interest in the Divas Division. Natalya is so talented in the ring, but she's been so mishandled on the main roster over the years that it is hard to take her seriously. But throw in the athleticism of Naomi and Layla's bitchy heel character and you've actually got an intriguing division. Especially if Summer Rae starts getting involved.
