Would have loved to have been in attendance for Wrestlemania 3. Seeing Hulk slam Andre would have been awesome.

Watching old tapes and hearing guys like Cornette speak it would have been cool to be in attendance to see one of the old NWA territories like Gulf Coast and see the crazyy shit that went on, or Mid South during JYD's era. Memphis would have been cool too.

I would've given anything to attend some of those awesome Starrcades/Great Amer. Bashes from the 80's.

If not that then one of the awesome Mid South Superdome cards from when JYD was on top.

JYD was such a huge huge star in Mid-South. Sadly during his WWE Run he stopped caring about his body and got fat. He also stopped caring about how he worked in the ring.

Plus Dibiase was such a cool heel in Mid South. Him and Herculez Hernandez made a good team with Skandor Akbar as their manager.

Or perhaps his heel faction The Rat Pack with Hacksaw Duggan & Matt Borne.

I'd go back to 2002 so I could go see Hogan/Rock again. I was at Rasslemania 18 and would love to see it from a different seat.

June 10th, 1985 at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas to see Glen Goza perform "Rasslin'" live.

June 10th, 1985 at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas to see Glen Goza perform "Rasslin'" live.

Actually it was performed at the Cotton Bowl show in October.

2nd Cotton Bowl Extravaganza
October 6, 1985 in Dallas, TX
Cotton Bowl drawing 26,000 ($240,310)

Tim Brooks pinned Steve Casey.

Kelly Kiniski pinned Tommy Montana.

The Fantastics (Fulton & Rogers) beat John Tatum & Dave Peterson when Rogers pinned Peterson.

The Great Kabuki beat Mark Lewin via DQ.

Texas Champ Brian Adias pinned Jack Victory.

Iceman King Parsons beat One Man Gang (3rd Rnd) via countout in a "taped fist" match.

Kerry & Kevin Von Erich beat Chris Adams & Gino Hernandez (16:00) in a "no DQ hair vs hair" match when Kerry pinned Adams.

Oh. I read "6-10-85" as June 10th instead of October 6th because I'm from USA#1.

Wrestlemania 13

Austin vs The Hitman

One of the top 5 maybe even top 3 matches of all time that was not a main event.

I would go back to the date and time gertie was attending his first wrestling show so I could beat his little ass in the parking lot and steal his ticket so he would never be heard from again here.

also i'd go to September 28,1993 superstars taping of course to see Ludvig Borga stop Tatanka's streak and laugh

I'd go back to that day and run in and attack Tatanka so Borga would be dq'd and the streak would never end.

dunno about a specific event etc but I've always wished I was born maybe 20 years earlier to really experience the territories, back when there were 2000 jobs in wrestling as opposed to 200

A morbid part of me would go to Over the Edge 1999.

Yeah, we've all tried searching for videos/photos of it at least once, so shut up before you start judging me. :foc:

But in a serious response to this thread, I'd love to go back to the days of territories, as CSL said. Would even make it possible for someone like me to make a living in wrestling, as opposed to a hobby.

No. We haven't.

Anyways, I'd try to go to some show where Macho Man, Ultimate Warrior, and Hulk Hogan are all appearing on the card. Would want to experience that larger than life 80s rasslin feel.

I would have loved to been at the Mid South show when JYD came back from being "blinded". Never got to goto any of their shows in NOLA. But went to so many in MS.

I hated how when I was in the Army we did the date the Euro way. Military time I got use to really quickly. But the changed date shit I never did.

It was a great time. When with just a rooftop antenna and rabbit ears I could watch hours and hours of wrestling every Saturday. Memphis,Florida,Mid South,Glow, all the WWF syndicated shows,WCCW,Continental,GCCW and some Crockett syndicated show.

I'd go back to July 2011 to witness the first ever ERAG match for sure

Swiss Ultimate
03-04-2014, 04:26 PM
Would want to have been there the first time Foley won the title. When Tommy Dreamer cuffed Raven to the cage. During the Austin 3:16 promo/KOTR matches. Hogan's NWO heel turn. Giant's first match.

The Condor

Canadian Stampede '97 for the raucous atmosphere.

Also I would've given anything to be at some of those early 90's All Japan shows.

AJPW was just super awesome back in the 90's with the Kings of Puroseau. Misawa, Kobashi, Kawada, Akiyama & Taue. Stan Hansen, The Can Am Express & Dr. Death Steve Williams were super great too back then in Japan.

Wrestlemania VI for sure. I would be in the front row in Hulk Hogan gear.

Hulk Hogan vs. The Ultimate Warrior has always been my favorite match, even though I am a Hulkamanic and my hero lost. It's one of the very few bouts I enjoy watching from start to finish. I always found most wrestling matches and sports in general boring. With the WWF, I liked the skits, the interviews and the entrances, but Hogan vs. Warrior was a good match. It was like the Super Bowl. The psychology in the ring and electricity of the crowd cannot be described. And the build-up for that program was epic and the fact that it was mega babyface vs. mega babyface - Title for title. Are there any words that can truly explain how amazing that was for that time period? Nothing has ever beaten it in my view.

And since this is my little fantasy - I say if I get to go back and watch the match, Hulk Hogan would win. :)

I would have loved to of sat front row hard camera side at WM 17 because I think it was the best show WWE has done. I would have loved to of been in the ECW Arena for Barley Legal. I would have really loved to have been at the first Starcade as well.

Also would have loved to of been a Championship Wrestling from Florida fan leading up to Dusty's title win.

How cool would it be to go back and see a classic Lou Thez match in his prime.

Jordan

And King of the Ring 98. Sitting behind the announcers would have been amaaaazing. I'd want to have been close enough to hear JR's classic call.
