I started this game last night and wondered who else was enjoying it. If I remember to do so I'm going to try and post some screenshots and push whatever I feel is necessary on my journey through the game.

The PC version works like a champ. Anyone currently needing a new RPG to play should check it out and also if you're a fan of South Park. It's like interacting with a big episode of the show.

Enjoying this too, even on my shitty PC. I have an integrated lower end video card and it's still runs well. It's probably the only recently released PC game that it will run.

Yeah, the button timing had me at the beginning. I think it may be my hardware limitations starting to rear it's ugly head. The voices are terribly out of sync during cut scenes. It could just have been the upload though.

I got this yesterday and sinked in over 7 hours into it so far, great stuff but I would have loved to see key remapping on PC. At least they didn't go with fucking Uplay DRM so that's a great positive! Love the small things like the sexual harassment panda theme playing over the radio at times :D

Just got to the anal probe scenes which were censored, although what they did to combat it was funny, I felt it ruined the flow of the level. Nothing they could really do about it though.

They aren't denouncing climate change, both of them said that specifically at interviews. They are poking fun at how Al Gore chose to handle it and that's their right as creative professionals.

Beat the game. Really good, but it was kind of a short game honestly. I think a lot of the 'side content' is just collection stuff, and I'm not sure how much I missed if I did at all because I explored and did side quests as soon as I got them. Think my save file had like 18 hours on it? Didn't feel like it had any replay value really, except to try a different class. Most of the quests and everything seemed like I would get bored if I had to do them again, but they were funny the first time around. It was also really easy. I played on hardcore after hearing how easy it was, and I still didn't have much of a challenge. Al Gore was probably the most challenging boss in the game at the time I fought him, and by the end of it I really didn't worry about ever dying. The only times I did were when my party would wipe simultaneously, which was more just dumb luck based on what attacks the enemy decided to do. Otherwise, in a typical fight, I would never die except on a boss. Then, it would just be 1 or 2 more tries, and I'd win.

Binge gamed through the main game, it just got better and better. The last game I played through so continously was Tomb Raider and then Dishonored before that. Best rpg I have ever played so far for sure!

I'm not through, but the way they cram everyone onto a game disc is impressive. The special appearances, music and map are just awesome

Also, did anyone else have issues with the cutscenes later in the game? After I met the underpants gnomes there would be a lot of glitching and character/background disappearing during them.

You need to get a passport during the Recruit the Girls mission.

The glitches seem to happen if you ALT-TAB out of the game often, assuming you are on PC.

also not a fan of turn based RPGs, started playing this yesterday, only had it on for an hour or so/got as far as going to find Token, Tweek and Craig. Absolutely love South Park and this is clearly a lot of fun, especially in terms of all of the references, the general South Park...ness of it all but I can see me getting bored quite quickly. Feel like maybe I'm just not far enough into it tho and it "picks up" maybe, dunno.

South Park: The Stick of Truth turned out to be absolutely worth the wait multiple times over, and now you can grab some costume DLC for it. First up is the Super Samurai Spaceman pack for $1.99, which offers up the three costumes listed in the pack itself.

Next is the Super Ultimate Pack for $3.99, which comes with seven "exclusive" costumes with special abilities, like increased fire damage for the Necromancer suit. Finally, you can grab the Ultimate Fellowship pack for $2.99 (the pre-order bonus), which comes with four costumes.

More DLC is coming apparently, and it will be "first on Xbox 360" -- as many add-ons tend to do these days.
