Printing 'Wallet Size Photos' From Home

QUESTION:

Previously I had a PixViewer software that let me print 12 smaller photos on one 8x10 sized page, 3 in each row, that were about the size of wallet pics. They called this 'Album Print' for the layout.

I no longer have the software and have a new printer, which came with new software, but it does not have that option and I can't seem to find it in the layout anywhere.

How can I go about setting these to print like that still? Is there another software I can download to give me more printing options, etc.?

You can do that straight from Windows if you choose whatever pictures you want to print, right click, and select print. A menu will pop up and on the right side you can choose the layout - one of them is "Wallet."
