I'm a big fan of Puro.

I'll have to check that out later.

I believe there are some DDT matches in the Daily Puro section.

That's called fighting spirit.

To be fair, 99% of the time the "fighting spirit" comeback is shut down almost immediately by a clothesline or something.

Puro's got a really weird heirarchy when it comes to how effective moves are. Powerbombs and brainbusters are transitional moves, but then a plain old clothesline or dropkick can be instant death.

They definitely put more stock in clotheslines in Japan. That said, they nearly decapitate people with them over there.

Pretty sure one of the death penalty options is death by Hansen lariat.

Hansen's Lariat was just really brutal in Japan.

the style of wrestling in japan is just really brutal on your body. it certainly can take its toll over years of abusing your body in and out of the ring like that. I mean look what happened with Misawa.

Stan Hansen's lariat was brutal in USA #1 too. Too bad he never was in the wwf, he woulda made a great tag team partner for Skinner.
