How does it compare to Hearthstone? As a frame of reference

There's a lot less strategy to it, really. You have a set of five cards. You pick one based on what the match's attribute is. Highest one wins. Repeat. Best two out of three.

That said, it's pretty quick and fun, and there's just enough to figuring out what makes a solid five card team and trying to guesstimate/game what you want to use when.

If you're looking for a full-on CCG experience, you're going to be disappointed. If you're looking for a mobile card game sort of experience, this is really great to the extent that you don't have to deal with energy per play bullshit and you can feel gradual improvement as you keep playing without having to spend a bunch of money.

From that description, it sounds really simple and dumb--and it probably is, but it's strangely addictive.

Matadors vs. Slater Gator can be fun, but it's sure as shit not a put-butts-in-seats match. Kofi vs. Bo Dallas was just a clusterfuck. Now Wyatt's being sacrificed as a foil for Cena to pretend to be a much less intense Brock Lesnar. I'm snarky about a lot of shit on these shows, but usually it's all in fun. This hour has been painful as hell though.

What was the point of Jericho's return to build Wyatt again if he was being "built" for this? People will say that it made for some enjoyable matches but the feud itself wasn't great and "a few decent matches" doesn't excuse the fact that they don't seem to elevate anyone anymore

Dunno what more the Wyatt's could have done really. They are interesting, different, over, good performers and great in the ring, and here they are getting destroyed by cena and chased off by two aging attitude stars
