* John Cena opens SmackDown and talks about how everyone should stop doubting him. Cena says he is a fighter and wants to be champion. The day he doesn't want to be champion is the day he leaves. Cena wants redemption. He plugs the WWE Network and out comes Kane with Seth Rollins. Cena tries some comedy. Roman Reigns comes through the crowd. The lights go out and The Wyatt Family appears in the aisle. Chris Jericho's music hits next and here he come with Mark Henry and Big Show. Triple H is out next and makes Cena, Reigns, Jericho, Henry and Show vs. Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan, Luke Harper, Kane and Rollins for tonight's main event.

1 - Sheamus is on commentary for Cesaro vs. Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler wins a solid back and forth match with a roll up after a tiger bomb reversal into a face buster. Cesaro attacked Ziggler after the match but Sheamus made the save.

* Shawn Michaels comes out for a promo about the WWE Network. "HBKizzle is here to Fo-Shizzle about the WWE Network for only Nine Ninety Nizzle". Michaels is interrupted by Fandango who says there is a new sexy boy in town. Shawn Michaels hits an enziguiri on Fandango. The crowd chants "You Still Got It".

* Stardust and Goldust cut a promo on The Usos backstage.


2 - Jimmy Uso defeated Heath Slater. Titus O'Neil was at ringside as was Jey Uso, who was on crutches. Slater kept trying to do O'Neill's pose during the match and making seal noises. O'Neill looked annoyed at ringside.

* Lana and Rusev come out for a promo. Mark Henry interrupts and gets the crowd into a Patriotic fervor.


3 - Brie Bella vs. Paige is next with AJ Lee and Nikki Bella on commentary. AJ and Nikki start fighting. Brie goes to ringside to stop them, comes back in the ring and gets DDT'd by Paige, letting Paige pick up the win.


4 - Bo Dallas defeated Zack Ryder with a Bo-dog. Bo cuts a promo after the match but is interrupted by Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger. Swagger brawls with Bo and runs him off.


5 - John Cena, Roman Reigns, Chris Jericho, Mark Henry and The Show vs. Bray Wyatt, Erick Rowan, Luke Harper, Kane and Seth Rollins ended in a no contest when everyone started brawling. The babyfaces cleared the ring of the heels to end the show.

Brock Lesnar appeared briefly at the Smackdown tapings. He was in the ring with Paul Heyman, who was cutting a promo about John Cena, when "Real American" hit. Hulk Hogan came down and cut a promo on Lesnar thinking he is the greatest champion of all-time. Lesnar called Hogan "gramps" a couple of times before Hogan ripped the bandanda off and said he's had enough of Lesnar's attitude "brother". Heyman said "whatch'ya gonna do" and Hogan said "I'm going to take that title, off your waist, right now". Heyman accepted on behalf of Lesnar. A ref ran down to the ring. Lesnar tried to punch Hogan but Hogan ducked and Lesnar clocked Heyman. Lesnar was temporarily distracted and turned around into a series of big punches. Hogan sent Lesnar into the ropes and hit him with a clothesline, knocking Lesnar down. Hogan ran back to the ropes, hit a legdrop, and 1-2-3. Hulk Hogan is the new WWE World Champion.

Kane came out afterwards and raised Hogan's hand. Kane and Hogan embraced in a hug, and Hogan posed on the turnbuckles. Kane took the microphone and announced that at Night of the Champions, it will be John Cena vs Hulk Hogan for the WWE World Heavyweight Title.

Cena's music hit and he came down to the ring. Hogan and Cena had a brief staredown when all of a sudden The Demon Kane attacked Hogan from behind. Hogan got to his feet only to receive a chokeslam straight to hell. Cena and Kane shook hands before embracing in a hug. Cena took the mic and said he and Kane would rule the WWE together and nothing would stop them.

Cena and Kane left the ramp way together while medics came down to help Hogan to the back.
