At least with the garbage booking today the in ring product is top notch.
WORK RATE AND SHIT
Russos era had a main event where the best worker was Jeff Jarrett..
Steiner, Steiner, Nash, Goldberg, Hogan, Flair, Jarrett, Macho, Sid
Page and booker could have good matches but vy god it was awful in ring talent

I'd probably go with today's stuff as there's at least a slight chance it could get better. With Russo's WCW, well, we know how that ended.

WWE's current booking is just underwhelming and disappointing. It's not the appalling filth that was Russo's WCW.

Yes we do know how. Russo was only given 3 month stints and produced tremendous television, and then the product turned to crap after he left and the company closed.
next.

I'm gonna say the current product only because I like the talent and the use of part-timers.
If you had said BOOKING, I don't know. I think I prefer bad ideas to no ideas at all. So I might be inclined to go with Russo.

You were able to make a thread that didn't involve cutting and pasting from Russo's blog?
Neat.

Russo's WCW would've given us gold to talk about every week on TLP, regardless of how good or awful it was. It's a struggle to find anything to talk about in WWE's current programming sometimes.

Looks like the sheep have spoken TNA Prick. Might be time to pack it in and call it a life.

How do you feel being the only one to agree with TNA Rick. Bow your head in shame.

Kind of in the same way repeated house fires, police shootings, child rapes, and race riots would make the news really really interesting.
WCW was fun to watch.
WWE is too bland IMO, espesh when Lesnar ain't there.

I voted for Russo's WCW. It was the shits, but like previous posters have mentioned, it was compelling shit. Gave you something to talk about, unlike now, where it is so boring.

I dunno Last Raw was 3 hours of nothing....on the other hand WCW had Jeff Jarrett....They both suck. But this Mondays raw might be good.

I'd post a plethora of videos showing WWE's terrible booking but most of it isn't even notable enough to warrant Youtube videos. And therein lies the difference. Noteworthy 15 years later vs Shit you completely forget a week later.

Again, "noteworthy?" The Gobbledygooker was noteworthy, Katie Vick was noteworthy, David Arquette as WCW champion was noteworthy. Doesn't mean they were good or should have happened.

I think I would take any one of those over literally nothing of note happening whatsoever.
