I seriously doubt he was hurt. Before everything, they put a small ramp on the side of the stage opposite of the WWE logo. Didn't really think anything about it. When they took him out on the stretcher, the pushed the stretcher up onto the stage and then down the ramp back onto the floor so they knew it was happening.

Also it was ridiculously stupid that Cole didn't know who the ring crew was or what they were doing when they came out.
