What is that all about? Does it have anything to do with Jerry Jarrett? What is it that Vince McMahon hates so much in Jeff Jarrett?:-\

I think it's the fact that "With My Baby Tonight" wasn't the runaway country hit Vince had secretly hoped, and threw all the heat on Double J.
That was 100% smartasstic, by the way. I don't think we've been aquainted.

He held up Vince McMahon for money. He didn't have a contract and was still the IC Cham. He got paid alot of money to wrestle without contract one last time in the WWE to job to her. He hit Buff Bagwell with a guitar on WCW TV either the next day.
The sum is in disputed. Chyna says it was 300k. Jarrett says it was just his contracted salary that was still owed and some stock options.
Hm didn't Warrior hold Vince up once as well?
Vince doesn't seem bitter about that one.

That's because there was money to be made by making up with Warrior.
Not too much money in making up with Jeff Jarrett.

Mix between trying to squeeze Vince for more money at the last minute and had the habit of never staying long in any promotion at the time. Jumped between WWF and WCW several times during the Monday Night War.
Vince probably was also worried about another "WWF title in the trash" had Jarrett left to WCW as IC champ.

He also probably made that money back with the SDOTUW DVD.

Chyna needs to return to WWE. We need women like her for the PG Era.

Jerry Jarrett was probably going to run the WWF if Vince went to jail. I'm surprised he isn't in the Hall of Fame.

JJ's "slap nuts" phase was his best phase.

If it weren't for JJ and his coining of the term "slap nuts" would we ever have gotten John Cena throwing bags of Planters' at opponents and telling them to "choke on deez nuts"?

Sure it was years ago but Jeff Jarrett was a good draw in Memphis. I really don't get why so many online fans hate Jarrett. I see the same people that say they hate TNA and never watch it,then they complain about how Jarrett was booked in TNA. If you hate TNA and don't watch why would you care how he was booked?
But then I am still puzzled by the same fans I see each week bitching about how bad Raw is. But they keep on watching. It is like Raw is the pale redneck in a dirty SKoal shirt and these fans are the wife with too much blue eye shadow and a Marlboro hanging from the corner of her mouth as she tells the cops "BUT HE IS A GOOD MAN HE DIDN'T MEAN TO BEAT ME WITH THAT PIECE OF RUSTY REBAR OFFICER!"

"From there, he wrestled in Memphis and then in the NWA with moderate success before briefly going to Smoky Mountain Wrestling in early 1992 where he wrestled as "Hollywood" Bob Holly.[1]"
Yeah, he did.

Yeah I blanked on the 4 or so weeks he worked in Memphis. I doubt by that time Jeff Jarrett was around. According to Bob's book he didn't work for the NWA until around the time he was in the New Midnight Express. Then he worked lots of NWA shows.

He talked about it a bit on his podcast with JR. I think he said something about Jarret being there. Probably why it didn't last that long.

Y'all forgot the fake laugh. "That's J-E-double F... HA HA!..." There was always that fake laugh between his first and last names.
I used to do that spiel all the time simply to annoy my mom. I would've said to piss her off, but JJ wasn't at that point of his career yet.
