Thought this was an interesting topic. What would you rank as the Top 10 WWE moments/events of 2014?

Here's what WWE.com had...

10: John Cena loses to Brock Lesnar
9: NXT takes center stage
8: Hulk Hogan comes home to WWE
7: Seth Rollins turns on The Shield
6: The Ultimate Warrior enters the Hall of Fame
5: Sting steps into a WWE ring
4: Daniel Bryan overcomes the odds
3: The Authority’s reign of terror ends
2: WWE Network launches
1: Brock Lesnar breaks The Undertaker’s WrestleMania Streak

Any they missed? Move any up or down?

i'd put sting at #2 or 3, but the list seems about right.

lesnar beating the streak has to be #1

Yeah. Sting has to be just behind the streak ending. Though I can see why the network launch might be considered higher.

3: The Authority’s reign of terror ends
Well, that didn't last long...

Yeah, we can go ahead and knock that off the list now. Replace it with grumpy cat falling asleep.

Streak ending as #1 is right but would put Bryan's Mania moment and Seth turning in the top 3.

Hogan/Rock/Austin @ Mania? Or does that come under "Hogan comes home"?

Sting debut and Streak ending I would put joint first if not Sting slightly ahead purely for the fact that we say a man set foot in a WWE ring/show/ppv who was adamant he would never do so. That was history making.

Second I would put Ultimate Warrior returning to Raw after x number of years and sadly it was to be his last appearance.

That's not taking anything away from the streak by those other two moment were moment I and perhaps many other wrestling fans thought we'd never see (more so than the streak ending).

Streak ending at #1 is legit. I'd put the Authority ending at 6 and THE NETWORK at 5, then move Warrior, Sting, and Bryan up one spot each.

I get why THE NETWORK is #2, though

So they wrote in The Authority's end... lol, and yet The Authority is right back up there...

The Authority obviously should drop on the list.

I'd keep Taker first. Move Bryan's run to Mania as second. Sting as 3rd. Network 4th. Warrior's return 5th. Shield break up 6th. Injuries 7th. Hogan 8th. Brock over Cena 9th. Rise of NXT 10th

I think the Authority ending/Survivor Series match is so overhyped. Especially seeing as how it only lasted barely a month. It really isn't that big of a moment.

I wouldn't even put the streak on the list.

Shitty build, shitty match, and there was no benefit in giving it to a guy who was already considered an unstoppable monster. Now he's leaving for UFC.

The moment for the Authority losing their power was huge. IN THAT MOMENT it was a big deal. Seriously, some of you people are depressing with your over analyzing.

@ Fignuts, are you going to say that when Brock pinned Taker 1, 2, 3 you had 0 reaction? You literally sat there and said, "On with the next match!". I doubt it. This is a MOMENT. Not the best match, not the best build, not the best future outcome but the biggest MOMENT.

Even in the moment, the authority losing power was overshadowed by Sting. Not to mention the whole "authority figure losing power" thing has been done to death over recent years with people who ACTUALLY weren't guaranteed to come back like Triple H was. If we're not thinking hindsight, it's still below half the things it's ahead of.

The streak, though. Yeah. That's gotta be number one. Could care less about the match itself. The fucking streak ended. It was one of the more surreal moments in WWE history.

That is true. But the people saying the moment now is pointless because the Authority is back is still flawed. It was either a moment for you at the time or not.
