Can anyone give me any tips on how to pull off those weird supers like Geese's Rising Storm, and Zangief's double full circle super? I just can't seem to do them.

for the zangief 360, the trick is to not actually do a 360. instead of doing a full circle, do a 3/4 circle. so if you are facing the right, press left and go counter clock wise and when you get to up press punch at the same time so you don't jump.

Geese's Raging Storm is one of the more frustrating moves in fighting games.
The motion of course is... down/back, half-circle back, down/toward + Punch.
what I used to do before I could pull it off on the exact motion was half circle back x 2 then half circle toward + Punch.
it may help to stay in the down/back (crouching motion) as if you were charging, then quickly do half-circle back and down/toward + punch.

for Zangief's, I always did it by jumping and doing the motion in the air.

Another trick is on either groove, to do the roll dodge and while in that animation do the 360 motions.
