can't find footage of it right now.

mine is when Ric Flair turns on Dusty in 1985.

Courtesy of Wrestlecrap.com
September 29, 1985 at the Omni in Atlanta. Ric Flair has just successfully defended the NWA World Title against Nikita Koloff in a grueling cage match. After the match, Nikita’s Uncle Ivan and Krusher Khrushchev enter the cage and triple team the champion. Dusty Rhodes then storms the cage and makes the save for his longtime rival in a show of American camaraderie. After emptying the cage of Russians, Rhodes focuses his attention on the fallen Flair. Still not trusting of Dusty, Flair points and yells what appear to be disparaging remarks to “the American Dream”. Rhodes is clearly confused, trying to explain to Flair that he was helping him. At this point, the Anderson Brothers enter the cage and attack Dusty.

Hogan turning on WCW and Andre turning on Hogan are the first two that come to mind.

Also, when Owen Hart kicked Bret's leg out of his leg.

The Freebirds heel turn in World Class was brilliant.

They had been presented as best friends of the Von Erichs for months on tv. Nobody thought anything was out of the ordinary when Michael was the special referee and Terry the keeper of the key.

David earlier on subbed for Buddy Roberts even in a tag match earlier in the event.

that slamming of the cage door on Kerry's head began one of wrestling's greatest feuds. This was a perfectly booked heel turn imho.

Batista turns on Rey after they both lose in the Fatal-4-Way for the World Heavyweight Championship @ Bragging Rights 2009. I couldn't find just the post-match, so if you don't care about the match the interview that leads to the turn is @ 22:20.

Forgot about Batista and Rey. That was amazing. Batista smiling while casually like a psycho while telling Rey "I'm gonna rip your head off". So good.

Love how Rey just stands there instead of trying to run. Smart move when you're standing 5' away from a guy you just pissed off.
