With Austin out of the loop and Bill getting fired from the WWE who will be the trainers for Tough Enough? You obviously need a headliner because someone like Al Snow won't cut it in today's world.

I would go with

Main Trainer: Booker T
Woman Trainer: Trish Stratus (If she does not comeback then Molly Holly)
Side Trainer 1: Billy Gunn
Side Trainer 2: Dusty Rhodes

I'd be happy to see the actual trainers at work. Norman Smiley, Robbie Brookside, etc. Is Nick Dinsmore still there?

And maybe Booker T and William Regal as the head coach-type guys.

When was Demott fired? Also, why is Austin out of the loop?

I think his redneck show is filiming at the same time

He "quit" March 6, but it was more of a "quietly step down so we don't have to fire you" thing.

They should hire the following trainers,

Hardcore Holly
Big Van Vader
Meng
Luna Vachon (for the divas)

Isn't Luna Vachon dead?

Billy Gunn and Dusty Rhodes are current trainers for the WWE. I put Booker T as the main guy for the "star" power. Plus they will get to plug it into the WWE during their "downtime" (Crappy matches) easily by asking Booker T what are his thoughts on how his season of Tough Enough is going.

Only other person who crossed my mind to be in this position was HBK but he seems to be happy staying at home.

Something about he asked the wrong questions to Triple H on his podcast or something which is why Jericho ended up doing John Cena. (About your Austin question)

I think Goldust should be the head trainer.

On a side note, however, I don't think they should do Tough Enough. After the disaster that was the last one.

Wow, really? I thought the whole point of those interviews was that Austin could ask anything he wanted. That's lame if true.

I'm sure that was the original plan, and they just literally never thought of the possibility that he would ask anything other than softballs.

Broken Skull Ranch causing scheduling conflicts is the actual reason.

I would have Daniel Bryan take the summer off to heal up and be the main coach of Tough Enough. Might as well, he inspired the majority of ROH guys who WWE signed up that now populate the main card and NXT.

Main Trainer: Booker T
Diva Trainer: Lita
Good Cop: Bob Holly (He's the good cop? how could he POSSIBLY be the "Good" Cop?)
Bad Cop: Finlay (Oh...)

Booker T and Stevie Ray run their own school and promotion, they aren't going to do Tough Enough. Maybe Booker, but not Stevie.

I could see Booker T doing it and saying Rollermacka (Or someone else he is high on with his promotion but it better be Rollermacka) needs to be part of it though.

I'm wondering if it might be a good idea for the WWE to use a CURRENT wrestler to be the trainer on Tough Enough?..........as a way of getting said trainer over more when he comes back?

Ruien

Ya, that is a good suggestion. Maybe someone like Damien Sandow because he will be lost in the shuffle after the Miz feud. I don't see how his feud can flow smoothly into a feud with a different superstar but there is no doubt Sandow is completely over.

Main trainer being Daniel Bryan and the rest being trainers from NXT. Also Bo Dallas as the inspirational speech trainer.

Bryan because it can also act as a way to lessen his in-ring workload for the time being and recover from his current health issues. Whoever the WWE hires from the show is likely going to NXT anyways so might as well start their NXT training early.

I like the suggestion of Sandow. Daniel Bryan is a good suggestion but I'd rather have him rest at home recouperating from his injuries. Even as a Tough Enough trainer, you still have to 'work' every day and take bumps in teaching students.

The Diva trainer should be Sara Amato (Sara Del Ray.)

Host : Chris Jericho
William Regal
Bubba Ray
Brian Kendrick
Lita or Trish

I'd say bring back Lisa Marie Varon aka Victoria aka Tara as she seems to still maintain a close relationship with WWE.

That's a good idea. She would be good. What about Triple H as the host?

The dude that ran WCW power plant would be a good choice unless he is dead. If that's the case they can watch videos of him teaching to perfect the craft of rasslin. Jackie Gayda should be brought in for a special class on what not to do.

Realistically, for head coach, they'd need someone who's got some name value and credentials. Someone who's "been around", who's still somewhat a part of WWE, although obviously not fully active, since they'd need to take time out.

There's only one man for this job.

Another idea

Star Trainer: Daniel Bryan (give him the time off and the trainer push when he comes back, a la Al Snow)
Diva Trainer: Ivory (she's been around and can teach the girls what they need to know)
Other trainers: Rip Rogers (a solid hand throughout his career, and good at getting people in line. Tough but Fair. Toes the line, but never crosses it. Can be the hard ass or the nice one.)
Bob Holly (People think I'm kidding about this, but I always get the vibe from Bob that he's a better trainer than the one meme. He's a legit 'take no shit' type of person. He can certainly separate the wheat from the chaffe.)

I can't see Daniel Byran being a Tough Enough trainer. If he needs to take time off he should be at home resting not doing a television show. Let him have 100% of his time to rehab so it can be done properly.

I think Ivory would make an excellent Divas trainer. Completely forgot she existed.

Chris Jericho announced on Thursday that he will be hosting the new season of WWE Tough Enough, which premieres on the USA Network on Tuesday, June 23rd.
WWE also issued a press release giving tons more information about the new season, including details on judges, trainers and more.
– Hulk Hogan, Daniel Bryan and Paige will be judges on the series.
– Booker T, Lita and Billy Gunn will be the trainers.
– Tough Enough will be filmed out of the WWE Performance Center and Full Sail University, home of NXT.
– The official Tough Enough app will be launching on May 25th.
– There will be a lot of fan interaction, including the ability to vote via the Tough Enough app and texting to interact with various live elements
– Contestants in the series will “come face to face” with Vince McMahon, Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and John Cena over the course of the series.

Very solid line up.

More star power than I ever imagined to be part of Tough Enough by far. Pretty amazing when Billy Gunn is the lowest on the totem pole here. He will also be the hard ass trainer I guess.

Macka, did anyone from Booker T's promotion get in on this?

Sounds really awesome!

Its always good when you have a credible star training your young guys instead of a jobber.
For example in CHW, Miniak, a world champ and main eventer has been a trainer many time!!!

UPDATE x 3: Renee Young announced on her Twitter account that she will co-host the new season of WWE Tough Enough alongside Chris Jericho. You can check out her tweet of the announcement below.

I know about 10 people from TPWW that will be watching Tough Enough now.

Was thinking the same thing when I read Book's name, was hoping Mack would get tapped being a student of his.
