I love the Bo Dallas character, but sometimes I feel I am alone.... am I?

I want to like him, but they've given him pretty much nothing to do. This Nevelle feud is a start, but it's not really popping yet. So 'meh' for now with an upside.

I'm just glad they are using him on TV. I don't think he needs to be the next main event star, but wish they would give him some more wins under his belt.

Hes okay. Reminds me of someone like Simon Dean. Keeps me entertained but I won't be turning in to see him at all.

I like the character, or at least the idea of it, but I just can't get behind Bo for some reason.

I think he should be Bo Wyatt. Every time he smiles you see the resemblance. I could see Bray and him having a short feud and somehow Bray tells every one that Bo is really his baby brother that took their mothers last name.

Started that awful chant last time RAW was here.

At first I found him quite amusing as he reminded me of the old "3 I's" Kurt Angle gimmick.
Then it just got a bit tedious and now it's got to the point that I would squirm if he was ever given a title of sorts.
He's the new Heath Slater imo or one of those people who will be around to be a card-filler but never a contender and will eventually be ditched when there's no way forward for him.
But then again given who his father and brother are, their reps might well buy him time?

I went with Meh. I don't hate Bo Dallas, I can't hate a wrestler unless they just flat out serve no purpose on the show. I really don't like anything about Bo Dallas. His gimmick, his look, nothing. But, if he took some time off, got totally re-packaged properly, I could see me maybe enjoying him as a lower mid-carder, or maybe in a tag-team. He definitely has the in-ring skills to put on a decent match, he has the mic skills (I only dislike his promos so much now because I hate this Bo-Lieve gimmick), and he has the appearance physically to be re-packaged, and have a total new look. Ring gear, hairstyle, everything.
As you can tell, I am certainly not a fan of Bo Dallas whatsoever. But, I went with Meh, because even though it's doubtful due to WWE's writing staff, it isn't impossible for me to be able to tolerate/possibly enjoy him if his gimmick was totally switched up. I think the best scenario for me to enjoy Bo Dallas would be if he took a while off, and came back with a different name, a different look. Maybe have hype videos for his "debut" for a few weeks. Or even better, get his new gimmick a tag team partner and a manager, I could actually see him having the best shot at getting over being in a tag team.

To put it simply, the character is better than the actor. New Day does it better.

Don't even bother with the explanation. Just one day have Bo in the middle of the ring doing his thing and have the standard Wyatt interruption, and have Braycall out "baby brother..." a bunch of times, then lead to a bunch of "come back to the family" stuff until one day Bo comes out with a Cracker Barrel wardrobe and explains that he's "stopped running." In the midst of it all you have the commentators start slipping in "it turns out that Bo Dallas is actually Bray Wyatt's little brother!" (For some reason I hear Lawler saying that in my head.)
And yeah seriously Bo kinda looks like Bray got into the Delorean 15 years ago and visited 2015. Then he got disillusioned when he found out there were no flying cars and returned to the woods to brood for 10 year before emerging to enact his displeasure on WWE.

Meh..... don't see him ever getting past mid-card status with this gimmick.....

Bo Dallas is a really good performer. He gets things now that some people never learn. He was pushed too green in NXT, and the heel turn was forced, but people in mainstream WWE-land don't understand why you should hate Bo, beyond him being a right prick -- which he does so well you almost want to cheer it.
He should get his old theme back and go more over-the-top. And start winning. That was an important part of what gained Bo Dallas traction in the first place. Not a main event title run or anything like that, but harmless programs against faces that don't have rockets strapped to their backs.

I would say give him more of a mean streak, maybe sort of a bi polar type of thing? like he snaps between beating people senseless to giving them peptalks?

Fan of Bo but agree with Ultra Mantis about New Day pulling off the obnoxious smug gimmick better.
If anything, New Day's heel turn hurts Bo more since they've gotten the focus and gimmick development that could have been beneficial to Bo had Creative bothered to put any real effort towards him. New Day turned almost the same way Bo did on NXT with the gimmick.

I actually did find his gimmick funny at times particularly the one with Swagger was it? Where he wheeled out these different "fans" who all complained about how Swagger losing cost them something emotionally or what not.
The scriptwriters just aren't good enough to think of something wittier.
I kind of want to see something like Norman Smiley's second coming in WCW when he starting wearing Hockey attire to the ring and well, was just, funny and won over the fans. Something in that vein.
there's nobody on the roster who just makes you "smile" anymore.
Sheamus looks stupid, the YES chants have got tedious, Cena is boring, The Authourity have become like some camp villain from the 60s version of Batman, Bray Wyatt isn't creepy anymore.
We need COMEDY!
Oh wait Sandow isn't too bad.

He sucks.
Not into his character at all. It's annoying as fuck, and not annoying like it's supposed to be annoying, just plain sucky. He's average in the ring. I don't hate him, but meh all round.

Gertner's idea of pairing him with Heath Slater is actually really good. The New Day stuff is similar, but if he could inspire some people to become Bolievers, it'd create an interesting cult dynamic against his brother.

I liked him more in NXT where it wasn't so overblown with the "inspirational" stuff.
He was a guy who just thought he was better than everyone, calling everyone else "good kids" etc. Also saw himself as a role model that everybody loved. Mainly just delusional about his status and prowess. Not so secretly just a coward and a cheater.
They kind of just dumbed down his character to "inspirational" dude who tells people to "Bolieve" when he got to the main roster, though. I mean, he did do the whole "Bolieve" thing in NXT, but it was only a PART of his character, not the entirety.
I have enjoyed his feud with Neville recently with the whole "I'm trying to make you better" thing. Really could be an interesting little addition to the character. To have him inflict hardships on people to "make them better". Kinda like Zoom from The Flash who wanted to make The Flash better....
Also he seems to have improved in the ring. He has been good in his recent matches with Neville.... just doing a bunch of small things to get the fans into it, etc....
