TPWW Survivor Season XX - The Reign of Roman Numerals

[Ultra Mantis]

Rules:

Everybody selects somebody from the WWE roster, no duplicates allowed. If the contest hasn't yet started, you can change your selection once by making a new post saying you're changing your selection (don't just edit your original post).
Your wrestler is eliminated if he or she submits or is pinned during a televised match on Raw, SmackDown, Main Event, Superstars, or a Pay-Per-View event. Disqualifications, count outs, or being eliminated from a battle royal/Rumble does not cause elimination. In multi-man matches (tag, triple threat, etc.), only the person who is pinned or submits is out. NXT does not count. Main roster WWE Network Live Specials DO count.
Your wrestler will also be eliminated if he or she goes three weeks without having a televised match in a WWE ring for any reason whatsoever (injury, future endeavors, etc.). There is a constant countdown going on from your wrestler's last match, so even if bad luck happens - you can still potentially win as long as everyone else loses in that span. If you suffer a ban for the length of the game you will be disqualified. If you are inactive for 2 days upon winning you will not get first pick and instead get 2 picks.
A wrestler must be an active participant in a match for it to reset the three-week timer. Lumberjacks, special referees, managers, "enforcers," guest commentators, etc. do NOT count.
If you win you get your choice of either first pick next season or two picks for the next season.


Sign-ups are allowed until the start of the Sunday, October 25 PPV pre-show, and the game (and start of the countdown) will begin on that edition of WWE Hell in a Cell.

Winning wrestlers must sit out 3 seasons before returning. Randy Orton is out for winning Season 17. Baron Corbin (& NXT) is out for winning season 18. Sasha Banks is out for winning Season 19.

I will be participating in the game, but in the interest of fairness, I won't make my pick until at least ten wrestlers have been chosen.

For winning season 19, Savio has pre-selected Braun Strowman.

After one week almost half of the participants have been eliminated, and they will all be pleased to hear that 29 NPCs are still undefeated and would have been a better choice (at least until that three week timer runs out in most cases). Only Tyler Breeze (Gertner) and Xavier Woods (Ultra Mantis) did not wrestle this week, though both are expected to join the fray tomorrow night.

This weeks star survivor could be Roman Reigns (Innovator), racking up three eliminations and winning four matches. On the other hand, there is one man who has managed to lose three matches this week and still be in the game, congratulations to D-Von Dudley (Ermaximus), may he keep on getting the tables and avoiding pins.

This weeks star Survivor is Seth Rollins (CyNick), who is injured, stripped of his title, and will now last one day more than he was potentially scheduled to. If everyone else is defeated at Survivor Series, he could even find himself an unlikely winner.

WWEPaige (DAMN iNATOR) is taken out to Becky Lunch, while Wade Barrett has some bad news for Sheamus (teamXtremist). Tyler Breeze (Gertner) finally steps into action, though a loss to Dean Ambrose (KaosDarksol) sees him finishing exactly where he would have if he didn't bother.

This weeks star Survivor is Braun Strowman (Savio), who went up against the mighty Fandango on Smackdown but managed to overcome the urge to do the right thing and call an audible finish change to a clean pinfall loss.

With Survivor Series on the horizon things are looking bleak for Seth Rollins (The CyNick) as it looks like only one Wyatt will be doing the job. Charlotte (Mercenary) needs to wrestle on Raw or she's out, but D-Von (Ermaximus) is still getting those tables on Superstars. Only three survive beyond Survivor Series - Luke Harper (Fenix122) takes an anniversary Tombstone to spare Braun Strowman (Savio), while Dean Ambrose (KaosDarksol) makes Roman Reigns (Innovator) look strong, but not strong enough to have an actual title run, allegedly (lol Sheamus). Former champ Seth Rollins (CyNick) will be hoping both Braun and the reverend D-Von (Ermaximus) eat a pin before the end of Raw, otherwise we are entering the head to head. Is Strowman going through a table last night a sign of things to come, or mere co-incidence?

Meanwhile, Charlotte's (Mercenary) inaction allows NPC Brie Bella to claim the title of last Diva standing, before promptly jobbing immediately. Four NPC's, however, remain undefeated, each more unlikely than the last.

This week's star survivor is once again Braun Strowman, who managed to be announced as Bray Wyatt's chosen tag team partner on Smackdown, but was successfully a terrible enough wrestler to be taken out of the PPV match and spared from being sacrificed at the altar of Taker's Retirement Tour 2k15.
