When Earl Hebner parts ways with TNA, whether by choice or by the ship sinking.

If it's any consolation Hebner is in the TNA Hall of Fame.
I'm surprised Joey Marella isn't in yet.

Never. Vince doesn't give a shit about the 3rd man in the ring. If he could have it done by a robot he probably would. Vince probably wants to see if Watson can be a ref.

Percy Watson v. Freddie, the Kool-Aid Man - "OH, YEAH!" Catchphrase on a Pole match, with special guest referee "Macho Man" Randy Savage

Teddy Long will go in one day. So will Mike Chiota and Charles Robinson. Maybe Nick Patrick, Jack Doan and Tim White. But Chiota and Robinson definitely. The Hebners would be in if they didn't get themselves fired.

With minimum wage raising to 15$ an hour this might come true.

Little nugget of joy for you all, but I think Charles Robinson outlasted everyone from the Invasion angle. In terms of longest tenured, on-screen, without having left the company and returned, I think Chavo Guerrero lasted the second longest.

I believe Gregory Helms/The Hurricane actually outlasted him, thru I believe it was very close.
Edit...You were right, Chavo outlasted Helms
