A bit late, but as a non nxt watcher I have to agree with some others....I don't see the vaudevillians having much of a shelf life. They will get a few months like deuce and domino. Great stuff but not a gimmick that can last on raw.

Sami vs Owens is some of the best shit I've seen in years.

Enzo and Cass are already the most over team on the roster, amazing.

pretty solid Raw. A lot of good matches and I really enjoyed Usos/Anderson and Gallows and thought the Usos were the best team to debut them against. AJ just needs to give in and join them. Feel sport for Ryder, did he even get a rematch or did they just forget him. Cesaro looked a lot better in a real suit but if they are going to give him a 007 gimmick then give him some 007 type entrance theme. Still don't like the tag tournament having 2 call ups in the finals and think Enzo & Cass should have faced the Dudleys in the finals. Waiting on Mark Henry to come back and knock that smile off Apollo Crews face.

What the fuck do these assholes want from these guys. He crapped on RAW for the most part, when everyone here is generally pretty positive about it. I think one of the chief complaints nowadays is that while most of the matches are good, they mean next to nothing in the long run. Is that what he was complaining about?

If so I'm not sure I get it. I mean yes there ARE plenty of really good Raw matches that become impossible to care about because there is no apparent story (see all those Ziggler/Owens matches this year) but in this case Styles winning a match clean against a good opponent makes perfect sense given what they're building towards. He's having a tune-up for his title match.

I liked it. AJ worked the leg for the calf crusher but got an opening for the forearm.

Thought AJ/Sheamus was a solid match and served its purpose. The Phenomenal Forearm finisher is growing on me simply by the way he makes it look.

The forearm has the right snap to it and he pantomimes effectively in the air to add the "Sports Entertainment" flavour to the move. It's safe, but violent and flashy enough that it's not something like a 619 into a flying sausage or bum drop.
