why work out a guy with a team that he's not gonna play for again? why let a guy know there playbook when they could be playing that team during the year?

Yea how is that pathetic?
He is not gonna be on the team...If I was the Browns I would be pissed too..wasted a pick on him...gave him time to "grow" and he never did shit. Kelly Holcomb came outta nowhere with the same team and showed him up. He should be banned for playing poorly. Thats the way I see it, they are getting paid big bucks and have high expectations...Not gonna feel bad for failures at that level

Hmm maybe I see it differently then
Because what I am seeing is a guy is under contract for two more years to a team which has banned him from their facilities.
Also from what is being reported he might not even be traded? Says Butch has said he can afford to keep him as the backup.

That could also be a wake up call to Tim...Letting Couch know that if he plans on sticking around and backing up Garica he is gonna have to re-work his contract. Banning him from the workouts lets him know that if he doesn't budge then his ass is gone

I know he isn't good but if you are under contract by a team, one would think that team couldn't ban you from coming to work.
