Not many people here I'm guessing saw him wrestle. Amazing tag team with Mr Saito and Prof Toru Tanaka.

Mr. Fuji is one of the last people in the world I would ever piss off.
Sure, Haku might bite my nose off. But not even he would feed me my own dog. There's a reason why he's "The Devious One."

Something that never really struck me before, but he worked just as hard managing the Berzerker in shit matches that were never going to go anywhere as he did managing Yokozuna in Wrestlemania main events . That says a lot about him IMO.

Well funny story, Mr. Fuji retired to East Tennessee where I grew up and lived in my town. His son was older than me and went to my high school. At some point I'd say about 2001 he took at job at Regal Cinema's and tore tickets. Most people didn't know who the old Asian man who couldn't stand up was but I did and I totally marked out every time I saw him. Eventually he ended up selling me some hydro's for like 10 bucks a pop. I bought from him a handful of times. I was like 14.

Actually though the first time I ever met him was at the county fair. He was there I can't remember who he managed, probably some local jobber. The Headbangers were there too, which blew my mind because they were under WWE contact at the time. Mr. Fuji was always down to talk about the business. I went up to him as he sat in the shade and marked out of course, I asked if Yoko was going to be there tonight, he was like "MAYBE I DON'T KNOW" totally in character, and then told me that he was talking to Vince about him and Yoko coming back. Fuckin worked me.
