........so you know its gonna be good
so apparently theyre making a 'made for tv' movie staring Anthony Hopkins, some other guy, and.....the new GTO.
I guess general motors thought it would be a good idea make this movie to boost sales. see, nobody's buying the new GTO because all GM did was take an Austrailian Import which looks basically like a bloated cavalier, slap a classic name on it, and figured people would be stupid enough to jump for joy.
anyway im sure this movie will be an instant classic. :n:

What does it say about the cast when the top billing goes to the car?

Anthony Hopkins must either have fallen on hard times, or he's getting a wad of cash and a free car...

Really? It's made for TV?
I thought it was one of those internet movies that BMW makes all the time with big name directors and where BMW is the star. i.e. a typical marketing tactic.

Do you remember the title? Cuz then we could check IMDB and see which one is in it.
A TV movie sounds much more like Hopper's territory though

Yeesh.
Internet "movie" commercials I can stand, because you'd have to be pretty dedicated to download it in the first place.
But when they start invading my cable TV... unleash hell.
