I remember doing a fantasy card prior to the brand split. Weirdly, it's still probably very similar to what I'd do to end the brand split, which I personally feel (and I know many will disagree with me) is failing badly -- considering you are supposed to get BOTH shows over, and not just one. This will change a million times between now and WrestleMania, as doors are opened and shut, but here we go:
WWE World/Universal Championship Unification Match
AJ Styles (c) vs. Brock Lesnar (c)
Street Fight
Triple H vs. Shane McMahon
The Phenom vs. The Reaper
The Undertaker vs. Luke Harper
WWE World Championship
AJ Styles (c) vs. John Cena
WWE Universal Championship
Kevin Owens (c) vs. Brock Lesnar
Women's Championship Unification Match
Charlotte (c) vs. Sasha Banks (c) vs. Becky Lynch vs. Bayley
Triple Threat Tag Team Elimination Match for the Six-Man Tag Team Championship
The Shield vs. The Wyatt Family (Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus & Cesaro) vs. The New Day
Intercontinental Championship
Sami Zayn (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
WWE Tag Team Championship Unification Match
The Revival (c) vs. American Alpha (c)
The only guy I feel guilty about not finding a place for is Rusev. Samoa Joe also hasn't made his way onto here. Maybe Kickoff can feature TJ Perkins vs. Kota Ibushi for the CW Title and Samoa Joe vs. Rusev? Given that I've got The Shield caught up in making history as a team again, you could move the US Title back to Rusev or have Joe win it and their match be for the US Title.

AJ Styles (c) vs John Cena in a falls count anywhere match.
Kevin Owens (c) vs Finn Balor vs Sami Zayn triple threat.
Brock Lesnar vs Bray Wyatt in a cage.
Undertaker vs Kane in the last night in hell. Both retire from active competition afterwards.
HHH vs Seth Rollins grudge match.
Roman Reigns vs Braun Stroman.
Rusev (US c) vs Luke Harper.
Randy Orton (IC c) vs Dean Ambrose.
New Day (c) vs The Hardy Boyz.
American Alpha (c) vs The Revival.
Sascha Banks (c) vs Bayley.
Asuka (c) vs Becky Lynch.
The Martian vs The Big Slow in a who has the strongest Shaq-Fu match. Run in by Floyd Mayweather who thusly breaks both their nose peices.
The Brian Kendrick (c) vs Evan Bourne.
Andre Battle Royal. Winner gets either a US or IC title shot depending which show they are on.
Cruiser weight Battle Royal for #1 contender spot.

I've done some revising, and if I had to take Undertaker off the card and put Shaq on, I'd do Big Show & Dolph Ziggler vs. Shaq & Cesaro. Zig-Show vs. Shaqsaro. I'm also changing The Shield match to just them vs. The Wyatt Family (Bray, Harper & Rowan -- the good version). I guess you can't have Randy Orton sitting off the card, as hard as I find it to place him, so I'd put him against Rusev, I guess.
I was doing some serious thinking on Rusev, and I think he could be the next major player. I could explain why, but the intangibles I can't explain are a large part of it too. I don't think anyone could have predicted, for example, the exact success of Austin or even The Rock. That "huge star" is going to come out of somewhere we can't always identify. I think Rusev has got a good shot at it for some reason, if he is cultivated and not treated like absolute horse-shit.
The New Day end up in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, as much as I am not a big fan of the match, and I actually have them make it right to the end. My heart really wants to go with Big E winning, but my brain tells me that Woods winning and doing a slow-burn end to the group is the better direction long-term. But the three fighting at the end would be epic in its own way.
So ultimately my card is:
* Styles vs. Lesnar for the Unified World Title
* Triple H vs. Shane McMahon in a Street Fight
* Big Show & Dolph Ziggler vs. Shaq & Cesaro
* Styles vs. Cena for the WWE Title
* Owens vs. Lesnar for the Uni Title
* Andre Battle Royal - Starring The New Day
* Charlotte vs. Becky vs. Sasha vs. Bayley for the Women's Title
* The Revival vs. American Alpha for the Tag Titles
* Rusev vs. Orton
* Shield vs. Wyatts
* Zayn vs. Nakamura for the IC Title

Updated card after some random thinking today:
WWE World/Universal Championship
AJ Styles (c) vs. Brock Lesnar (c)
-The final match of the night having conquered their previous opponents. Styles heads into the match a little worse for wear, given that Brock was more dominant earlier in the evening, making him a subtle underdog. Hopefully the crowd take the bait and begin to cheer Styles throughout the match. Brock gets pissed off at the referee when he can't put Styles away, so he knocks him out so he can get a steel chair. Anderson & Gallows run in to help their buddy, but they each get F5s. Styles has positioned himself for a Springboard Forearm at this point, which rattles Brock and sends him into the ropes. He stumbles into an F5 from Styles, and is in position for a Springboard 450 Splash as a new referee runs into the ring and counts the three. AJ Styles successfully defends the WWE World Title and has unified it with the Universal Title.
Street Fight
Triple H vs. Shane McMahon
-Vince McMahon appears on television at the start of the year and announces that he has seen enough of the competition between RAW and SmackDown. There are two competing visions for the future of WWE -- the one belonging to his son and the other belonging to his daughter and son-in-law. As things go in the wrestling business, the only way to resolve this is to fight. Who wants it more. Who has the heart -- or the brains -- to run WWE. Shane is shown training with Daniel Bryan heading into the show, and Triple H is just shown in the gym being Triple H. Stephanie and Shane can have some verbal exchanges heading in about what this is doing to their families. They agree that they will be the only two out there, leaving it all on the table. Triple H wins with a Pedigree.
Breaking News
-The Rock has been found unconscious backstage, with his own shirt shoved into his mouth.
Women's Championship
Special Guest Referee: Ronda Rousey
Charlotte (c) vs. Becky Lynch (c)
-With the brand split coming to an end, Charlotte and Becky Lynch meet in a unification bout to put their belts together. Lynch has been the Women's Champion on SmackDown since its inception, whereas Charlotte has won the belt back from Sasha Banks after a run-in with Nikki Bella at the Royal Rumble leads to her costing Sasha the belt. Ronda Rousey is brought in as the special referee to make sure that Dana Brooke doesn't get involved. Brooke tries to get involved, Rousey takes her out, Lynch gets the submission here, walks off with the red belt, and Charlotte gets in Rousey's face after the match, gets caught in the Armbar, everybody cheers.
Open Challenge
The Miz vs. TBA
-The Miz feels it is atrocious a star as big as him, a former WrestleMania headliner, doesn't have a match at WrestleMania. Heading into the show, he says that he has an open challenge for anyone on the planet. Goldberg makes his entrance here as Maryse begs Miz not to go through with this. Complete squash, Goldberg gets a moment.
Tag Team Special Attraction
Big Show & Sheamus vs. Shaq & Cesaro
-At the Royal Rumble, Shaq shows up in San Antonio, where he went to high school. He and Show get into it, and Shaq manages to dump over Big Show. Sheamus eliminates Shaq later in the match. Cesaro will go on to toss Sheamus (and these two have been avoiding each other per the orders of Mick Foley). Sheamus gets back in the ring, Brogue Kicks Cesaro, and tosses him out. The order not to touch still stands, and Sheamus starts calling Cesaro a coward and begging him to hit him (thus getting Cesaro suspended without pay). Big Show ends up coming out one week and telling Sheamus that he's seen him bully all these stars in WWE -- from Apollo Crews to *insert someone else Sheamus has a feud with between now and the Rumble* to Cesaro...and he absolutely adores it. Big Show attacks Cesaro and Sheamus brags about how he can't touch Cesaro, but Show can. At this moment, Shaq emerges from the back with a steel chair. Big Show and Sheamus get in the ring and are both calling Shaq to get in there, but security hits the ring because Mick Foley doesn't want a lawsuit. But he does propose a tag team match at WrestleMania -- Big Show & Sheamus vs. Shaq & Cesaro. Shaq actually takes some heat during this match (not long) and tags out to Cesaro, who gets to be the whirlwind he is off a hot tag. But he gets beaten down (longer) and then tags out to Shaq who tags in. Cesaro body slams Big Show and Shaq Chokeslams Sheamus for the finish.
The Rock Segment
-You've got to have one. The Rock comes out and talks about how great Florida is (or something), but he's interrupted by Kevin Owens -- upset about what he perceives to be an embarrassing defeat earlier in the show. He calls out Rock for being a tired act, pandering to these idiots once a year, while Owens carried RAW on his back as champion. Rock plays with Owens a bit, twists the screwdriver a bit about his loss to Brock, but points out that The Rock, himself, got destroyed by Brock Lesnar once upon a time. Owens is his usual sarcastic self (you really don't need to script these guys), but maybe says something like "That's cute. Brock Lesnar owned me earlier? Well, at least I'm not owned by Disney." Rock eventually tells him that he better watch himself, because while Brock may have tarnished Owens' pride earlier in the night, Rock is going to take Owens ego out of the dirt it looks like he's been playing in, shine it up really nice, then shove it straight up his candy ass. Owens scoffs and says that everybody here knows that The Rock can't get the insurance companies to clear him and that he can't even answer The Miz's open challenge tonight. Rock is begging for a fight though. Owens teases doing it, but then slides out of the ring. He walks up the ramp as Rock is still calling him out. Eventually Rock hits a trigger point by saying something about Owens' wife, and Owens teases going back, but stops, smirks and then walks back. Rock does his finish to the promo, we go back to the show.
United States Championship
Rusev (c) vs. Randy Orton
-At some point, Rusev wins back the US Title when The Wyatt Family reunite and start screwing over the former Shield members. Rusev does his conqueror of the United States gimmick and Randy Orton slides into the ring one week and gives Rusev an RKO. Orton says that he might be a SmackDown guy, but with the brand split ending, he might as well go back to putting the entire WWE on notice. The US Title is the only championship in WWE he hasn't won, so he's coming for it. I'm starting to really love Rusev, but you probably switch the US Title to Orton at some point. I'd be fine with him getting the victory here though to watermark him for greatness. I don't expect the crowd to be super into this, but it'll hopefully lay more foundations for Rusev, and you have to do something with Orton.
Six-Man Tag Team War
The Shield vs. The Wyatt Family
-At some point, Bray Wyatt starts cutting promos about how he hasn't achieved what he wanted to do. He eventually references needing to reforge himself in the fires of war, or some shit. He and The Wyatt Family randomly show up and attack Dean Ambrose. They then show up on RAW and attack Seth Rollins. They then show up and attack Roman Reigns. It becomes apparent what they are trying to do -- they want to give all three members of The Shield cause to go to war with them again -- a great rivalry rekindled, with Bray Wyatt possibly having a death wish. This would be a hot return from the break in the middle of the show, and you could really put either force over. The Shield are undefeated together as WrestleMania, so having them go 3-0 could be pretty cool; but I can understand the urge to give it to Bray.
Half-Time Show
-After Cena/Styles we get a bit of down time to piss, eat, get a power nap in, etc. They run all their commercials for NXT, the new shows they'll be rolling out for the Network, some sponsors, there can be a musical performance, the Hall of Famers come out, etc. This year's class is headlined by The Undertaker, who has confirmed his retirement, and gets a special entrance as the top of the class.
WWE World Championship
AJ Styles (c) vs. John Cena
-This match is made after Paul Heyman makes sure his client gets his title shot after winning the Royal Rumble. Cena is down 0-2 in singles matches against AJ Styles at this point. They have a third classic and Styles manages to get the clean win when he pins Cena after hitting a Springboard Forearm. His biggest victory over Cena comes one month later at Payback, however, when he defeats John Cena in an I Quit Match to retain his Unified Championship.
Intercontinental Championship
Sami Zayn (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
-Sami Zayn somehow wins the IC Title. I don't really know or care how. I guess Dolph Ziggler wins it from Miz (since I've got him booked) and then drops it to Zayn. I guess you can have Zayn just do one of those "his contract has expired" thing. Maybe he signed a Rumble-to-Rumble deal? Anyway, he wins the IC Title and his big challenger is Shinsuke Nakamura -- the guy he stole the weekend with and lost to the year before. Nakamura's debut at WrestleMania would be epic, and Nakamura winning the IC Title in his first main roster match would make him something of a deal right away.
Triple Threat Tag Team Elimination Match for the Women's Tag Team Championship
The Bella Twins vs. Sasha Banks & Bayley vs. Trish Stratus & Lita
-Sasha Banks eventually crosses paths with Nikki Bella, words are had and Nikki screws Sasha out of the Women's Title. Brie Bella returns when things get out of hand and they attack Sasha backstage at another joint-brand show or whatever. With the brand split confirmed to be ending, Sasha shows up to try and fight them on SmackDown. She finds an ally in Bayley. Trish Stratus & Lita somehow get tangled up in all of this. A match is signed between all the parties, and one year after crowning the brand new Women's Champion, brand new Women's Tag Team Champions will be crowned at WrestleMania. The Bellas eliminate Trish Stratus & Lita for some heat, but Sasha Banks & Bayley win and are your first champions.
Universal Championship
Kevin Owens (c) vs. Brock Lesnar
-Brock Lesnar wins the 2017 Royal Rumble. Vince McMahon has announced the end of the brand split, but Paul Heyman points out that his client is owed his Universal Title match at WrestleMania, and he will be collecting his Universal Title match at WrestleMania. Owens vs. Brock Lesnar is confirmed and Owens plays chickenshit (but in a calculated way) heading into the match. Brock and Shane have their blow-off at Fastlane, and during that match, Owens (who has taken the night off due to "anxiety") appears and cracks a steel chair off Brock's head (a rare chair shot to the head), and Brock gets knocked out. Shane hits the Flying Elbow and gets an elusive pin over Brock (this is more about Owens at this point). Brock is PISSED. Maybe bring back Chris Jericho for a Network special match against Brock Lesnar, in which Jericho is completely destroyed. Brock dares Owens to wear white pants heading into WrestleMania, so the crowd can see him shit himself. Owens shows up, wearing the white pants, quietly confident in his abilities to defend against Lesnar. Things don't work out too well for Owens. It's one of *those* Brock matches, with Owens managing to create some distance at points, but Brock basically just shakes it all off, jumps out of a Pop-Up Powerbomb attempt and mauls Owens. One F5 later and we have a new Universal Champion.
Non-Title Match
TJ Perkins vs. Dolph Ziggler
-After tearing through the competition in the Cruiserweight Division, Perkins is ready to step up and fight a slightly heavier opponent. Dolph Ziggler is the guy who is put up against Perkins -- a guy coming off an IC Title run. It's presented as a big deal, and they do a legit weigh-in to see if Ziggler qualifies for the Cruiserweight Title. Ziggler gets a bit of a cocky edge heading into this match, but Perkins wins when he out-wrestles Dolph and catches him in the Kneebar, perhaps after countering a Fame Asser or Superkick. Dolph turns heel after the match, kicking Perkins low and hitting him with the move he missed earlier.
Opening Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship
The Revival (c) (w/ Arn Anderson) vs. American Alpha (c) (w/ Kurt Angle)
-The Revival are the team that beats The New Day and ends that legendary run they are having, after Arn Anderson brings them up to the roster as their corner man. The Usos beat Heath Slater & Rhyno and then drop the belts to Alpha at the Rumble. It is announced the belts will be unified. The Revival use the Four Horsemen theme at this show, as an attempt to psyche out Alpha. The babyfaces make their entrance, pause, point to the curtain area and Kurt Angle's theme song plays, and out comes the Olympic Gold Medalist to shadow Jason Jordan & Chad Gable -- perhaps passing the theme on to them permanently. The babyfaces win, perhaps as Gable gets some pay-back for an ankle injury The Revival put on him with that move they do -- it being the same leg The Usos took out -- when he forces one of the heels to tap to the Ankle Lock. Heading into the PPV, AA can drop some goofy clues that they'll be bringing Kurt at Mania. Lines like "We're going to have to find a different angle to beat The Revival," etc. You've got to get them talking more to endear those personalities that helped get them over in NXT.
Kickoff Match: Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
-Everyone not booked elsewhere is in this. Baron Corbin is trying to win it again. The New Day are all in this. The Miz can be in here, despite having something later in the show. You can even have a few returning veterans and one NXT guy. I'd have this come down to Braun Strowman and Big E, with Big E eventually winning the match and getting a huge moment for himself. The New Day hit the ring and start celebrating with him, and they all act like they're the winners. You do highlight this later on the main show and give New Day an interview segment.
Vickie Guerrero Invitational
Emmalina vs. Natalya vs. Alexa Bliss vs. Naomi vs. Carmella vs. Nia Jax vs. Eva Marie vs. Tamina vs. Alicia Fox
-All the ladies that aren't booked are thrown into this match. One fall to a finish. The Six-Pack at Backlash was fun, and that planned nature helps a lot of the ladies out. The match starts with all the girls jumping on Eva Marie and beating the piss out of her. She is taken out on a stretcher. They all jump on Nia Jax, but she powers out and tosses them around. Tamina and her stare-down. They fight, but they are eventually taken out two girls a piece. Things break down, and in the chaos, Natalya has a Sharpshooter on Fox (who is quite bendy and can sell it well), and Emmalina does the "rings the bell; Nattie thinks she's won" spot. Eventually, Emmalina steals a pin off whatever Naomi is using for a finishing move that week and gets her first WrestleMania win.
Ten-Man Cruiserweight Tag Team Match
Brian Kendrick, Tony Nese, Drew Gulak, Lince Dorado & Jack Gallagher vs. Kota Ibushi, Gran Metalik, Neville, Rich Swann & Cedric Alexander
-Just a showcase match to open the day/night and give the cruisers some shine. The babyfaces win. Oh, that's Ibushi's team.

I don't follow Wrestling nearly enough these days to create a card, but I will say this:
John Cena vs. Undertaker needs to happen, and this definitively needs to be Taker's last match as he jobs to Cena. They have the history (i.e. Taker's pat on the back to Cena back in 2002), and Cena's the only one worthy of retiring Undertaker.
They need to build this puppy similar to HBK/Flair, and give Taker a send-off the next night on RAW which eclipses Flair's send-off.
