It was a nice cliffhanger and the crowd was way into it, so it did its job. Plus in a way they kinda had to go with that ending because other than possibly Braun Strowman who got saddled in a random midcard tag match, Raw has no realistic winners on the regular roster. I love Zayn but that's never gonna happen. Jericho's gold but Jericho/Owens for Mania seems pretty clear. Rollins lost his spot but even if he didn't we already know Rollins/HHH will happen at Mania, etc.

SmackDown could possibly end with some pre-Rumble hijinx. Ambrose, Corbin, Miz, Ziggler, the Wyatts, etc. all hitting finishers on one another.

I think they are doing a pretty good job with this year. A lot of big names and guys that they have booked strong. I do expect there to be some filler spots but them not just throwing Enzo in there because Cass is in I like.
