Might remember Cloak busting out all the secret avengers from the Negative Zone prison in Civil War 1.

Been dormant these days.

actually cloak teleported avengers a bunch of times and dagger is just there to be pretty and useless.

Btw this and all the other MCU TV shows are confirmed pre-Thanos Snap. It'll be up to the showrunners if they wanna incorporate what Thanos did or simply assume things as if after things are solved.
