He was solid in his role as a crooked ref in NWA/WCW. He was the kind of little runt that you wanted to get theirs. The match with Ellering was hair vs. hair, hence why he started being fully bald.

Also, he managed Doom, one of the most awesomely underrated teams of all time, playa.

And despite his penchant for tag matches, I'd take him as GM over any other GM not named Paul Heyman or William Regal.
