Wish they would have done more with that motivational speaker gimmick. He was so fucking good at it.

Just had this spoiled for me on another site.

I think the plan for me from now on will be to just avoid the internet completely, as it appears to be somewhat impossible to avoid these announcements every Monday.

Shaping up to be a really good class this year especially if the other rumored names end up being confirmed soon.

Everytime I go into one of those all round airport scanners and have to stand in the right way, I have to resist the urge to shout 'BANG'.

Seems like it would be a bad idea in an airport if I'm honest.

Good for DDP. This is selfish of me, but I personally don't want Christian and William Regal to go in this year. I think Kurt Angle should be the most "modern" guy to go in. Put in Johnny Saint and maybe Bull Nakano or something. Save Christian, Regal and Beth Phoenix for later years.

For all his work over the years Regal deserves to headline a class.

I'm not sure if he's a big enough "star," but I am personally really looking forward to his speech. I think he might be the second biggest deal when they eventually put him in.

0 chance of this ever happening. Nor should it. He isn't even going to be the Second big name in a class.

I don't know about the second big name. Let me rephrase that -- I can see him being the penultimate induction. Given his current ties to the company and that he obviously has a special meaning to a lot of the people working there, I can see them giving him the second biggest spotlight next to whoever the draw is. I don't think he'll be the "second biggest name," but one of the other big names might be someone that is deceased or someone that doesn't talk as long as Regal or kicks off the ceremony or something.

I remember watching Spring Stampede on VHS when he won the title! Was a huge fan of his back in the day.

On a DDP-related note, I've been doing DDP Yoga for about four months now. Does anyone else here do it?

I have the program, but then joined a gym at work and kinda fell off of it.

Gotta get back into it, feels great. Need to actually follow the eating suggestions though to see true results. I still eat like shit.

Anyway, DDP could've never wrestled a match in his life and I still think he'd be worthy of induction as a contributor just because of DDP Yoga. He's done so much for so many guys in the industry.

I disagree, the WWE hall of fame if for people who really contributed to the sport of professional wrestling. People like Pete Rose, Drew Carey and Snoop Dogg.

Hopefully some of the Kanyon Kutter stuff makes it into the package, :-)

Now that I think of it, the Kanyon Kutter was the original "Outta nowhere"

Yeah, following the program helped motivate me eat properly, especially where I felt I was stagnating with going to the gym. But eating properly is probably responsible for about 90% of the positive effects I've seen from it. Can't underestimate the results of eating healthy and drinking lots of water.

Certainly helped my back as well. 13 years of wrestling have left me a broken down mess.

I met Jake the Snake last night at a comedy show. I asked him if he was inducting DDP (We all assumed he was) his response was unexpected... and i quote.

"No... because Vince said he hates my voice"

What the fuck? Goddam WWE.
