I agree completely. I started writing a review of the show, got through 5 matches and got tired/bored. Can only imagine how the folks there felt.

Over 7 hours is a preposterous amount of time to watch anything and it doesn't look/sound good when the crowd is dead for the second half of the show which is obviously where the main events are meant to be.

There was something beautiful and tragic about Taker's performance in that Roman match.

Life imitating art in a way. Fuck I saw a guy in Taker giving every god damned thing he had... but he's shot. He couldn't do spots... he's beaten up to shit, he can barely move and yet he went out there, consequences be damned and he tried to work a fucking match. He was utterly insane for taking that table spot from Roman. He's not going to be able to walk for weeks.

It was not pretty, and it was sad at times, but you saw an old warhorse go out on his shield. And I don't mean because he lost... I mean because he just couldn't "do it" anymore in the ring as a performer. And it's so weird how they reflected that (accidentally) in the story of the match.

For a retirement match, Reigns-Taker was pretty bad overall. Taker really should have retired after Mania 30 (streak ends) or Mania 31 (Bray beats him to take his powers).

WWE just destroyed any and all credibility that they had built up in him as a personified BIG Man....congrats on ruining what could have been a "Mania Moment" just to have Mojo and his sidekick Gronk get TV time. What a waste.

It was way too long. The Battle Royal needs to be a RAW after WM thing. And the promo videos leading up the match were extremely long. This thing should have been cut down to 5 hours.

Cut the promo videos in half.
Leave HHH out of it. Give Cena his proposal. Have Rollins vs The Miz. That gets rid of a match.
Probably just cut the Cruiserweight match out too. That or no more Shane McMahon. Put AJ somewhere else. Put him in the Rollins Miz match, i dont know.

WWE has too many belts that need to be represented. They already had to cut the Smackdown tag titles out. They have no room for a regular match for no title unless they push this thing to 6 or 7 hours and that shit is too long.

My point was it's a good metric for measuring the relative greatness of a superstar's future potential undefeated WM streak. Will anyone ever go 24-1 or 25-0 in 25 WM matches? Probably not, but they'd have to be considered at least as great as The Deadman if not more so if either of those marks ever were attained.
