Anyone else playing this? I'm having a blast with it atm. Adding an RNG system to a fighting game was brilliant. I'm hooked on multiverse mode, and it's great motivation to try out all the characters, so you can level them up for new gear.

Some really cool, fun characters this time around. Really liking Cheetah, Canary, Grodd, and Supergirl. Lantern and Firestorm are the only real duds.

Game also looks gorgeous. Also continues the trend set by the first game of amazing supers and win poses.

People have said there's some cheese online with the zoning characters which is pretty commong for Netherealm, but nothing too egregious. Finished all the story mode, actually shits all over the DC movies.

Voice acting is hit or miss though. Green Arrow and Joker are pretty bad. Brainiac is really good.

Yeah, pretty hyped for Red Hood. Ed Boon changing the Raiden silhouette is hilarious.

Also, if you didn't preorder, Darkseid is totally worth the 5 bucks to get him. Very cool moveset and mannerisms. Love how he casually keeps his hands behind his back as much as possible.

Kind of wish Vixen was her own character instead of a Cheetah skin. A lot you could do with her powers.plus, she's just badass. Still remember the story where Amazo was owning the justice league, and she comes in and obliterates him in one shot.

Omega event in multiverse lets you play as Darkseid even if you didn't preorder or purchase him. A few days left in the event.

Having played with her to level 20, I don't think so. It just seems that way playing the cpu because it input reads like a mother fucker and spams the rope at the perfect time.

This is THE fighting game for people who suck at fighting games. If you don't care about competing online, there is a ton of single player content. I've spent a ton of hours with the game, and haven't had a single online match yet. I've been addicted to leveling up characters and unlocking gear through multiverse, which is a more elaborate version of MK's Towers.

So one of my only problems with the game is that at harder difficulty levels, the cpu doesn't so much get more challenging as it does just input read and punish with huge combos. So the best way to beat those 4 bar difficulty bosses in multiverse, is to just use an ai load out. The cpu can't input read itself. Here's a video that gives attribute suggestions for all characters. I've been using them and my character gets the win first time and even scores all 3 motherboxes.

Likely as a team, which honestly is better imo. Individually theres only so much you can do for their movesets. As a team character theres all kinds of creative shit you could do.
