Assuming its true, makes sense considering the two biggest things swaying him to stay retired are gone.

First being Talking Smack and reports of him liking working on the show soo much, he didn't see the need to unretire.

The other being Brie Bella's own retirement and wanting to start a family. She's been teasing the past few weeks at wanting to come back and having Bryan help train her for a return.
