Alexa with the "we're best friends" line just made me pull an equation I can't unsee now... she's HHH from Wrestling Isn't Wrestling.

Just watched the hulu version. They cut Emma/Sasha, Goldust/Bray, Elias/Kalisto, and two backstage segments (Sheamus/Cesaro, Enzo/Neville).

I enjoyed what I saw. Interested to see where they go with Jordan, Strowman wrecking shit is always fun, and the tag team cluster was decent.

Should I go back and watch anything that got cut?

I liked the Bray promo about Goldust but it's skippable.

Between Cena/Nakamura and Cena/Strowman being given away on free TV and Cena/Reigns being at No Mercy when it's one of the few Mania-quality matches left......I'm starting to think Cena may be all but done after Transformers.

Like, done done. An even more reduced schedule than he has now. Possibly only wrestling once a year, if at all.

And if that's the case, it's a shame they wasted some of his final PPV matches on Rusev and Corbin.

No way he isn't at this Mania.

Unless he has a Rock-like situation where studios demand he stops wrestling, can see Cena show up for at least the Big 4 ppvs. Unlike Orton, he's already adjusted to a Taker/Lesnar-like schedule for tv appearances.

To be honest, WWE really needs him to go away for a while since every era's mega star only happened when the previous one left and wasn't hanging around in the shadows. As long as he's still around in some capacity, Vince and the WWE won't put the real effort into building Reigns or anyone else as the next mega star.

Yeah, seems like he's gotta be at WM.

It's insane that they didn't even put Cena-Reigns off until Survivor Series at least though. Seriously probably would have been the one WrestleMania match that felt like a WrestleMania match.
