I'm funny on The Miz's promos. I think he does talk well, and I think he "gets" the promo, but I also think they let him promo. There are probably a few guys who could do a great promo if their shit wasn't scripted to be story time.

The one who might need some explaining is Neville. For the role he is in, he's pretty much perfect. He works in the role. I believe him as this ruthless wrestling machine. They tried to give him goofy shit, and he slayed it. He feels like a genuine star in a division that is killing everybody. He may not be the best talker, but when he says he's The King of the Cruiserweights, I believe him, and I want to see what he does next. That's what a good promo does. He doesn't need to talk for twenty minutes to open up every show. I get his point very quickly, I internalize it as part of a story, it works, and I move on.

Styles-Just incredible some of the stuff he does in the ring while making it look easy and cool.
Cena- Pretty much all sround, can have good matches given a good opponent.
Miz-one of the best talkers in WWE and not to shabby in the ring.
Owens- Can talk and wrestle, needs to wrestle with someone he respects to really have a great match.
Neville- Has just been on since the cruiserweight division was created. Character fits him alot better than the mighty mouse stuff ever did.

It's true, not just for Cena but alot of talent are like that. Was Cena/Corbin good? No but Cena/Nakamura waa on Smackdown. Cena is great but I don't really think he goes all out unless he's working with someone that he respects.

On Reigns: The dude has a fucking motor. He pours himself athletically into everything he does, and he's really good in the ring. I can't call him a good worker though, because what he does doesn't work. His entire presentation embodies a stale and out of touch product. It's not all his fault, although his promos do suck. He's a star for sure though, they just need to stop siphoning all his gas.
