You must of missed the lead up to Bret vs Piper at Wrestlemania 8 which i still believe it one of the greatest matches of all time because of the story and the build. My mom and I went to the Wrestlemania. My mom went for 2 reasons. One, Reba Macintyre was singing the National Anthem and two, Bret Hart.

Yah, I hated him when he was in WCW and feuding with the nWo. Shit was lame. Don't know much of his stuff basically. But back then I could still watch rasslin on TV. Even if WCW was very late at night and WWF was in German.

The entire lead up to the WM 8 match was so gold. It was overshadowed by the WWE Championship circus that led to that match.

Roddy Piper is someone I wish I had watched at the time. There's something about him that I think you'd just appreciate a lot more if you didn't know the outcome.
