Yes, Mr. Sherman, everything sucks.....
I marked for the dancing baby gif
Halfway thru EverythingSucks on Netflix. Each episode is only about 25 minutes. Great 90's soundtrack. Like many Netflix shows, starts clunky but then finds it way.

Watched like 6 epsodes of this whilst cleaning my room today
Seems okay, 90's AV club shows have kind of "already been done" (freaks and geeks) so they had to go at it from a different angle I think, which they did with the black protagonist/lesbian supporting character which is cool

WATCH'd the rest
It's pretty sweet.. felt like I could "relate" to some of what happened etc
Decent balance of "cringe" and endearing moments I feel
Nice show
Thanks
Binged through it. Pretty good

I was a freshman in HS myself in 1996 and I can't associate with anything in that trailer.
If I wanted to have a 90s nostalgia trip about kids in HS Id watch Boy Meets World.
Last several eps have been pretty nice...Lesbian storyline good...some charming/sweet character moments...since the movie subplot started I feel I have 'gotten to know' all the characters much better. Will watch last 2 eps later.
Finished Everything Sucks. That one ended up pulling on the heartstrings.
Loved it. Definitely recommended.

Watched ep 1. Sound track is good. Cast is meh.

I like the cast. They're trying too hard to recreate Dustin (Stranger Things) magic with that dweeb Tyler, though.

2 eps in. Cast somehow has gotten worse.

I was directed to this show because "Late 90's west coast high school daze, nostalgia like a motherfucker".
Not impressed so far. Finding it hard to keep giving it a chance.

Enjoyed the show, binged right through it. Main kid got some good chops. Looking at cover you'd think he'd just be the token friend of one of the others, but was cool to have in the lead.
