Well the tag team scene is a mess right now, so let's make some new ones. They can be funny or serious, but make sure we know which, and you can even mix up the rosters to form your ideal team. Get to it

Funny:
Big and Small: Consisting of Rey Mysterio and the Big Show. Their style of match would consist of Big Show picking up Rey Mysterio and using him as a weapon. Like swinging him around and clonking people on the head with him.

RVD and Rey make a good team.
Maybe Randy Orton and Hardcore Holly... The blue chipper with his heartless trainer.
Bradshaw and Eugene seem to have the same mental state.
Matt Hardy and "Sugar" Shane Helms should restart 3 Count.
John Cena and The Coach! The Coach could be the hype builder for Cena.

Ric Flair & Rico = "Flair & The Queer" :shifty:

I'm liking RVD/Mysterio right now. They really work well together
But I'd rather see them wrestle each other

Paul london And Shannon Moore.
They could get over as faces by beating much larger opponents.
Can you imagine that, 2 cruisers as tag champs? Probably never happen.

I'm loving the Sugar Shane and Matt Hardy idea

RVD and Mysterio should have an old-timey feud with The Dudleyz over the tag titles.
An idea I have on EWR is Charlie Haas and Rene Dupree teaming up with the name "God's Team"

I don't know exactly why, but when I thought of an "old-timey" feud, the first thing I thought of was all of them wearing barbershop quartet outfits, all shown on old scratchy black-and-white film with old Vaudeville/silent movie piano music playing in the background. That would rule. I need sleep.
Anyways, who would I like to see as a tag team in the WWE?
I've always thought Rhyno and Christian would make a nice team, and since they were both part of Team ECK back in the day, it'd have a little history to it.

It's so crazy IT JUST MIGHT WORK!
But anyways, I got the term "old-timey" from an SNL Weekend Update skit where they turned the camera black and white and dressed like the 40's and told jokes. "Old-timey Joke Corner".

Rico and Haas should not lose the tag titles. They're the most entertaining thing right now.

The novelty will wear off. They aren't a REAL team. They're fine right now since the tag division is in shambles. But in a month or two, they need to drop the titles to someone like the Dudleys who can actually give the titles credibility.
^ The Dudleyz for the 32503424th time?

Until the WWE can fix the tag division, The Dudleyz are the best they've got.

if he was still in wwe i would say Brock and Big Show could you images what power move they could do
Yeah, but I think the Dudleyz are too stale. Let La Resistance reunite again, and voila! Savior of tag division in the making.

How about a Stable of AJ Styles, American Dragon, Chris Beniot, Low-Ki, Kenta Kobashi, CM Punk , KENTA, Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero, Paul London, and Rey Mysterio
and call them, "The Work-Rate Kings"?

That would make The Big Shows chokeslam look weak, if the team couldnt win by just using that but having to resort to a frogsplash aswell.
maybe someone like albert & test could form a team
Test and Albert were a team previously, they were called T N A, and Trish accompanied them to ringside. The were absolutely diabolical back then and things wouldnt have changed if they were to be paired up again.

1. Eugene & Hurricane
2. Orton & Shelton (Yeah, neva gonna happen soon)
3. HBK & HHH ( Just imagine )
For SD!...
1. Undertaker & Mordecai ... they could call themselves Yin & Yang
2. Rey & Kidman... They really complement each other
Mixed Rosters :::
1. Kane & Undertaker... it'll be good to see the Brothers of Destruction again
2. London & Helms

Kane could change his name to Heatstroke and be a supervillain that tagteams with Shane Helms. Kinda' like that one episode of Angry Beavers, where like...Muscular Beaver joined forces with Baron Bad Beaver...
Second post and I still look like a moron. :(

thought test and albert sounded like it had been done before but they could be something different to the tag division as it is clearly crying out for new teams ( or in this case an old team)
the idea about the choke slam frog splash is to make it the ultimate finisher so that noone would kick out and that they both have a part in the climax of the match, they could use either one but like i say using both would make it better in my opinion

I disagree, used correctly instead of a jokey gimmick team Taka & Funaki would be very credible and worthy tag team champions. Both are excellent workers and in my opinion have always been used wrong when in the WWF/E.

Assuming Angle's still a heel when he returns to wrestling, I'd like to see him team up with the Chavos, and "groom" Chavo for the title. The comic potential would be amazing.

Rvd and Mysterio make a great team but itll Hold RVD back from getting a title shot. Billy KIdman and Mysterio are a awsome team. Lets remake the filthy animals.

Test and Val Venis could be a decent heel tag team on Raw IMO. Neither men are doing anything right now anyways.

Great idea :y:
Funny:
Coach and Michael Cole ( both of them are pop corn farts! )
J.R and Earl Hebner ( the two fattest men on Raw )
Eugene and Eric Bischoff ( both of them a disabled ! )
Rene Dupree and Bradshaw ( both of them look stupied )
The Hurricane and Rosy ( both of them could be super heros !! )
Seriously:
Shawn Michaels and The Rock
Randy Orton and Sheldon Benjamin
Batista and Kane
Big Show and The Undertaker
Rob Van Dam and John Cena

Bischoff is disabled?
Hurricane and Rosey are already a tag team
Those mega-teams are usually pretty boring to watch after once or twice because they seem too unstoppable.
Big Show and Undertaker teamed together once before, they were called the Unholy Alliance I think. I loved them as a team (especially their theme), but I was a big time mark back then.

Yes, I do know Show and Taker were once a tag team, but now if they did team up they would have different competion like RVD and Mysterio, Dudleys, Bashams, Rico and Charlie Hass, e.t.c
