I thought for sure they announce Brock vs Roman and then Joe would challenge Roman for the spot.

It's a casket match.
Literally trying to bury Rusev Day

Holy fucking shit. Bye, bye, Ru-Ru. I mean, it's pretty cool he gets to wrestle with Undertaker, if he's into that sort of thing. But maybe it'll be like with Muhammad Hassan.

This card is stacked. Unnecessarily so. There's a ladder match, casket match, Royal Rumble. You are guaranteed new champions in one of the matches. 9 matches outside the Royal Rumble. Jeez. I'll laugh if it has poor attendance.
Not going to lie, though -- I kind of enjoy it when the WWE just don't give a fuck and book something randomly and let your imagination do the work for it. I'm more pumped about the idea of this show than WrestleMania.

Does the Royal Rumble winner get a title shot?
The Undertaker vs Rusev in a casket match has been added to the show.

They've not said anything yet.
I'm half expecting Hulk Hogan to enter and win with no pesky USA sponsors to please and just send the crowd home happy.

50 Man Royal Rumble
Cena/Triple H
Lesnar/Reigns Universal Title - Cage Match
Rollins/Joe/Miz/Balor - IC Title - Ladder Match
Undertaker/Rusev - Casket Match
The Bar/Hardy & Wyatt (likely) - Raw Tag Titles
Bludgeon Brothers/Uso - Smackdwon Tag Titles
Mahal vs ??? - US Title
AJ Styles vs ??? - WWE Championship
It's just an insane super show. I'm pretty pumped for the randomness, feels old school.

I'm sorry, but anyone who thinks that Rusev will go over Undertaker in Saudi Arabia has substantial gaps in their understanding of the business. Rusev going over Undertaker has 0% chance of happening. There is no maybe here.

It's because it's in Saudi Arabia.
This wouldn't be happening if the PPV was in any other country.
The Saudi market is a very lucrative one and this is all part of Saudi Arabia's social and economic reform program. Every PPV is business related but everything about this PPV is more business related than usual. That's why everything is being thrown at it and we have this insane card that looks like it was created by a hardcore ten year old fan.
I really doubt the attendance will be poor though.
Reigns is facing Lesnar for the title. Along with India, Saudi fans absolutely adore Reigns and the possibility of seeing him become champion live in their own backyard will be seen as a once in a lifetime opportunity that can't be missed.
It's because of that that it makes it 110% likely that Reigns will win, as it'll make perfect business sense and it'll also show Reigns being portrayed on WWE TV receiving cheers and adulation like Vince wants.
The same can also be said for Cena. The Saudis also love Cena so seeing him live will be something not to be missed and especially when he's in a match and facing Triple H of all people, as this could be the first and only time Triple H wrestles in Saudi Arabia as he's a part time wrestler these days.
As for The Undertaker, he's much like Triple H in that he's another big name that will have to be seen live by Saudi fans as he's part time, especially when the match he'll be in is his own specialty match, a match that really doesn't come around that often.
Another big selling point for Saudi fans is that there are so many titles being defended and that they are guaranteed to see a new champion/champions crowned and probably in their minds, Saudi Arabia taking its place in WWE history via one or more title historys and that it hosted the largest Royal Rumble Match in history.
For Vince, this is like shooting fish in a barrel. This PPV is a guaranteed success.

First Taker match I am looking forward to watch in about 5 years. He looked really good at Mania for those like 4 minutes.

I don't know if rusev having a match with taker is bad for rusev it could be takers last, or one of his last.

So putting Reigns in a steel cage match with Lesnar is a pretty easy out to crown Reigns without ruining Lesnar's cred (it took 6 F-5's, but Brock still basically decimated Roman) by just having Reigns win via cage door escape or climbing out of cage. Don't need to pin Lesnar, just get him down long enough to escape.
Problem solved. Gets Saudi big reaction. Vince gets the belt on his guy. We can continue to be mad, though really, at this point, might as well just get the title change over with.

What's the over/under that they try to edit the Cage Match to make it look like it took place in NOLA in the near future?

Oh, I know why it is happening, I just can't believe how gun-ho they are going with it. India and Saudi are very different markets, but this is possibly, at least in kayfabe, their most stacked card ever. It's not just "WWE is going to Saudi Arabia and Triple H will be wrestling."
Saudi Arabia is a richer country than India, in my understanding, anyway, and this isn't them banking on a Saudi star everyone knows is shit. But I'm not as certain as you that this will be a guaranteed success. I think it will be, and they will comp tickets if they don't sell and take the hit for perception, but WWE has really low interest right now. Even if they stack the Australian show, I'm not certain they do that number they are after, for example.
