Roman will win MitB, cash in after Brock retains, and then immediately lose to an F-5.

He will receive a title match for Summerslam the following night, which he will also lose.

The following night, he will challenge Brock for Survivor Series.

He will lose Survivor Series via double count out.

So he will declare his entry into the Royal Rumble.

The sun will explode and consume the earth on December 29th, 2018.

Trying to think how doing a Jinder-Reigns feud would ever be a good idea and can only come up with this being a sinister ploy by Vince to do a show in India during the feud.

Considering they are way more pro-face and pro-WWE booking than Saudi Arabia, this would be the ultimate attempt at getting a crowd to overwhelmingly love Reigns. If he can't do it there, he's truly doomed as a top face star.

How long til he's just Jose

When he finds a way.

Meh, who am I kidding. That will make him One Way Jose. Then he will just keep adding ways. Finds an old pager; Two-Way Jose. Implied menage with a couple of the Divas; Three Way Jose. Wins some high-stakes Fatal 4 Way...

Then, at some point, he gets sucked into the Hardyverse, and after a bath in the Lake of Reincarnation he learns of *every* way, and becomes Infinite Way Jose.

Just finished watching and RAW was just bad. No progression what so ever in WWE except time and theme. They just book to the theme of the PPV which they've conveniently named after gimmick matches so each month has its own flavor. Braun has won the tag titles on his own and the biggest Royal Rumble yet still has to go through Money in the Bank. Still looking at Brock/Braun and AJ/Nak in the World title scenes. Charlotte has actually decreased along with Asuka. They put Sasha/Bayley on ice, tag divisions have barley got any time, and Lashley has a family.

India doesn’t care about Jinder Mahal. We established that last year when the nation didn’t miraculously begin to support him winning the belt. India couldn’t sell. In the story, Roman Reigns is a little bitch. He gets beat up by Brock and looks sad. There is not going to be a crowd, let alone one that supports Reigns. Vince is doing this because he likes big jacked vaguely ethnic men fighting, and he believes that putting a “true heel” (someone no one likes or gives a shit about) might help Roman.

Danny Electric
05-08-2018, 05:40 AM
Roman will still be in MITB, they'll just do what they did with the Elimination Chamber and have some of the losers of the qualifying matches fight for the final spot.

Even better. If it was on in the middle of a show you’d have to “sit through it” (you wouldn’t have to of course, you could find literally anything else to do). At least if it’s at the end of the show you can just turn off early.

• They've switched the colours of the MITB Briefcase around and now it looks horrible.

A gold case with a green logo looked much better.

If I had it my way though, the MITB Briefcase would just be a plain black one like Edge had.

• The only thing that makes No Way Jose watchable is that for as long as he hangs out with Titus Worldwide, he'll have Dana Brooke with him.

• Nice little vignette about Bobby Lashley there. I can't help but think however that they got the black guy who does the voice work for their Martin Luther King Day and Black History Month vignettes to do Lashley's vignette just because he's black.

Kinda like how they seem to get a women to do voice work for their vignettes on female subjects.

• I'd really like to see Chad Gable have success on Raw. He's pretty good, but I don't think that'll happen until Vince & Co. get the whole Gable/Jordan feud out of the way first.

It seems inevitable.

• Och Aye, it's Drew McIntyre.

In case you didn't know where he's from, here's some bagpipes.

• I was a bit surprised that Rawley showed up to challenge Rollins.

I get the feeling that this is the beginning of a Rollins/Rawley feud, so I'm expecting to hear more "Monday Night Rollins" and "Monday Night Rawley".

Personally, I think Rawley should have said "Monday Night Mojo".

It has a better ring to it and it just rolls of the tongue.

• I like that Axel and Bo have stopped being associated with The Miz now. I'm not surprised that they've continued to do the "Eh? Eh? Eh?" thing too, as I had a feeling they would continue doing that after doing it for the first time.

• Why was Corbin doing his promo from the back of a moving van?

It means more exposure, more legitimacy and more money.

If that was the case, the booking and handling of Jinder would have been way better than its now. Right now it still only comes off as him getting these pushes because of India and not because WWE sees him as a legit big star.

Supposedly Jinder's WWE reign was such a bust that WWE changed how they report drawing revenues from their markets in order to hide it.

Yep, they grouped India in with Asia-Pacific, in general. Never mind that India actually borders onto the Indian Ocean; not the Pacific. Hence the name.

It was obvious he was not a hit from day dot. If he was, you'd have seen Indian people living locally support him. Attendance, ratings and Network subs would have gone up. It was an asinine and racist idea to assume that Indian people are that stupid. If WWE did not know that it wasn't working in April, or whenever the fuck they put the belt on him, then it's because they're ignorant. I think they did know and just didn't care.

I think Mahal's push was more about sowing the seeds in case India ever does emerge as an economy. Instead of just jumping in there when that happens, they've got this history of pushing Indian "talent." Never mind that the guys they have pushed are The Great Khali, who fucking sucks, but is popular, and Jinder Mahal, who fucking sucks, and no one gives a fuck about and likely never will.

Vince's frustration with all the talent coming through looking like geeks probably aided Mahal too. That and it may have been done to pop the boys and make them think that their careers, too, can turn around in an instant.

There is no way they can still have dreams of going into India right now. There is just no way. No one filled that arena in India.
