Big Cass is out w/ injury -- sounds like he might need ACL surgery per Mike Johnson at PWInsider. He is currently on crutches they are also reporting.

lol fucking Meltzer saying it was a work (or something)

Also... while I wish him well, I'm happy he's off T.V.

Maybe this will end up determining who is more legit, Meltz vs MJohnson

I wonder if they'll try to buy him out and cut him loose or something.

Damn he was back for Life what a week pretty sure that's not going to sit well with the management it looks like he's too injury-prone
Unless this is a work but I don't see what he would gain from trying to work people backstage

First one was total fluke that happened on television.

Not exactly sure what happened this time.

Cass has the weirdest luck. Faked an injury the day before and then got hit with a real one afterwards.

Either that or the first one was actually legit and someone (Cass or WWE medical) messed up big time by letting him wrestle the next night.

There's a number of things he could do a la Kevin Nash. Like wear actual tights and a singlet to cover up his shitty frame. Or be charismatic and Entertaining.

All he could manage was be really tall and have fucked up knees. What a shame.

I don't wish two ACL surgeries on anyone, but I do hope that he is done now. He is an awful wrestler. I wish him a good quality of life without PPA Care.

I would say that there would be no point to this being a work, but they did have Big Cass fake his own injuries before for some reason, so...

I'm thinking this is a work. Even the cancelled Cass vs Joe match seems like a match that wasn't destined to happen, just be announced. WWE rarely goes heel vs heel, and when they do it's usually 2 heels the fans like, i.e. K.O. and Sami having to fight for a job on Raw.

Minus injury time, Cass has been a boring heel for a total of 3 months, he certainly isnt at the level of Samoa Joe.

So Big Cass comes back from injury

Manages to cut a so so promo

Has one match with Daniel Bryan

Pisses off management

And then goes and gets injured all over again and won't be back for a year

Thank god that jobber fucked up with management and then got injured because he would have killed all of Bryan's momentum otherwise.

What did Cass do to upset management?

slik
05-26-2018, 01:46 PM
He wasn't supposed to beat up the wrestler who played 'lil daniel bryan' a few weeks back and he 'went into business for himself' and it made Vince furious backstage supposedly.

He disappeared from tv for two weeks after that and then lost clean upon returning so it sounds plausible tbh.

Apparently Cass' injury will get confirmed as being legit or fake by the time WWE tours Japan late next month baring an official announcement by the WWE beforehand.

If his injury is legit, WWE has to pull him from the card of the first night's show since he currently scheduled to face Bryan.

Mr. Nerfect
05-29-2018, 10:15 PM
Lol, just the idea of this being a fake injury is hilarious. "We've got an idea for you, Colin. We're going to pretend that you are breakable and that your legs might go at anytime." It's the Matt Morgan morning s-s-special.

TNA will definitely take Endzone Amor and Big Coss though.

I never saw Meltzer saying it was a work, but I haven't been paying much attention.

He claimed from the start of it being a work because WWE pulled a similar stunt earlier in the European tour. Meanwhile, PWI got fooled big time and reported several times of it being legit.
