One of two things is true (if not both)

1) They did not think ahead to what they would be doing the following week when they started this up again last week
2) They didn't realize this was Bayley's home state until it was announced on her way to the ring

RAW managed to suffer a huge drop this week and had something rare occur at the same time.

This week's show was down by around 240k compared to last week although had the rare instance of the 3rd hour being the strongest. What killed the numbers this week was 8PM being around 400k lower compared to last week.

Monday’s Raw drew an average of 2,663,000 viewers on USA Network, down from last week’s 2,903,000 viewers.

Raw was #3, #4, and #5 on cable in the 18-49 demographic for the night, behind Love & Hip Hop Atlanta 7 (2,101,000) and Basketball Wives 7 (1,892,000) on VH1 ...

Hourly breakdown:

9PM: 2,679,000
10PM: 2,714,000
