So this sounds interesting.... but probably won't go out of my way to check it out. I've heard of a few shows with a similar "concept" coming out after the success of Lucha Underground (isn't that Areo Lucha suppose to be something along the same lines?) and an argument could be made that the "Broken/ Woken Universe" wouldn't exist without Lucha Underground. The old saying is, competition creates a better product, but do you think it is possible to have another fantasy/ cinematic professional wrestling product on national television or is one more than enough?

Sure there is. There's always room for places telling stories in unique ways. Unfortunately, I think LU is as mainstream as it's going to get without a change in how they deliver the product. El Rey is TINY, and there's some fight going on with DISH (who own Sling) and Univision the Spanish based company that owns El Rey and other channels, leading to El Rey not being on Sling right now. It's having an impact on the number of people who watch LU on Sling, which sucks.

Yes. Wrestling is pretty much like every other form of entertainment where just because one thing is successful, doesn't mean the market can't or shouldn't support another of the same style.

If anything would be a bad sign for wrestling if more companies can't be successful or expand into new genres/styles on tv. Nobody is going to get WWE-like numbers for tv but doesn't mean they can't be relatively successful as a niche tv product.
