Do you think that Seth and Brie are equally as responsible for injuries? Somehow, I don't think so, but I guess I see where they're coming from.

They’re both responsible for the injuries mentioned. They aren’t equals when it comes to the rate of moves that almost kill themselves or someone else though so the meme is a bit misleading. Seems like every week there’s a video or gif of Nikki botching a move.

Injuries happen. People are mad at brie because they dont like her work. If she was over with them they wouldnt give a shit

Seth took a lot of heat after a while once the botches and injuries started to pile up. Pretty much by the time of the Balor incident, people were already labeling him dangerous in the ring.
Same for Brie getting the most heat after injuring Liv since by that point she was on a streak of weekly botches and injuries. Also didn't help she made excuses for some of it which just made people more upset.

I just want to take a moment to say that I am in love with Liv Morgan.

But yeah, I enjoy Seth Rollins' work more overall, so I'm probably more forgiving.

In Seth's defense the Balor and Sting injuries are more on the guy taking the bump and the spot being pretty dangerous in its self. Brie has taken suicide dive literally and almost killed herself twice on them. Can't say much about the stickes that fucked up Liv and Cena because I feel like that adds to a match if they can continue but Liv was messed up it seems.

I think she's been diagnosed with a concussion and has to do some impact testing before she's cleared to wrestle again.

Seth was also somewhat wreckless at times when he'd do the Curb Stomp since he left welts on several guys afterwards like Balor and Lesnar.
Current trends suggest that it is hip to disapprove of Brie Bella. The sheer amount of content dedicated to Brie Bella's botches on SquaredCircle is "too damn high".

It seems like Brie kinda sucks, though.
She's definitely not an in-ring technician. Nikki is clearly superior in that aspect.

I thought there was hatred for Sasha Banks for being unsafe, "she retired Paige" & everything.

I tend to remember that too, but again, that's easier to swallow since she's way better than Brie in-ring.

I remember that. Paige had to issue an statement and defend her. Sasha Banks, as of late, is coming across as a very salty human being. Especially with her falling out with Charlotte and disdain for Alexa Bliss.

I can see the reality of her situation getting to her - 4 time champ, but every one of her reigns used to put somebody else over.

I don't really care about either of the Bellas or any of their stupid reality shows. So they can fuck off even if they weren't prone to injuring others.

Yeah. People acting like Seth didn't get completely shit on. Total nonsense. He got lambasted.

Nonsense. It stained him for a while. The matches where he hurt people were great as well. In both cases, I agree with the fact that this isn't ballet and shit happens.
The company didn't hold it against him though. And they won't hold it against Bri. There were rumours of the girls roster being pissed off with her, but that's likely to do with the fact she's a "diva" on a "workers" roster (perception, not nec. reality) and she's waltzed into a favourable spot after not being on t.v. regularly for years.

.... I don't understand what you're getting at. It did stain him. That was the wrap on him for a couple of years and he was regularly lambasted for not protecting guys online.
But time tends to heal most wounds (unless you're Bret Hart), and Bri (a "diva") literally just kicked the fucking snot out of Liv Morgan (a "wrestler"). It'll blow over like most of these things do, and the IWC will just hate her because she sort of sucks but is also popular.

So now we'll just have to wait for Brie to have a good match to see if they're treated equally.

Big difference. Rollins has had one botch in many years, Brie has had three bad ones in the span of 2 weeks since her return, let alone a career of sloppy moments documented in all these botch videos, yet she gets all this airtime over the other women who many much prefer.

Rollins had several bad botches in a short amount of time, then blew out his own knee.

This sums it up.
It's weird with Seth. He doesn't sound like a dumb guy (outside him jumping on the anti-Dave bandwagon -- have fun in Saudi Arabia, cunt), but I was watching him wrestle, like, it must have been a few years ago. I think it was after he got back from injury. But he did this tope con hilo and the spacing of it was all wrong. Fuck, I wish I could be more specific. But it looked dumb as fuck and like he was trying to kill himself. There was nothing wrong with his technique or anything, but it was just something that he was not going to have any control over and it looked nuts.
He was probably just trying to get himself over for being "wild." Maybe he intended to clear the barricade or something? I don't know, but something about it just made me go "Fuck this guy" when he did it. Not angrily, just "if you're not going to care about yourself, why should I care about you?" It was an odd moment that made me just think about how dumb some wrestlers are, lol.

I think part of what irks me is that Brie Bella is the only worker wrestling on both shows right now. Not sure how that's happening. Or even what it has to do with this topic.

And adamle, please expound on your feelings there.
Dean Ambrose has tons of botches (especially the suicide dive) but he doesn't hurt anyone so noone hates him I guess?

Dean used to get a lot of hate around the net for looking sloppy or lazy in the ring. Most of it usually revolved around his terrible looking dives and Wacky Line clothesline.

Still seems insane that Brock Lesnar vs Dean Ambrose was a WrestleMania match.

Speaking of people getting hated on for their in-ring work, that match is pretty much where people really started to sour on Lesnar's return in the WWE.
Didn't help that Ambrose revealed later it was all due to Lesnar not giving a shit and caring way more about his upcoming UFC fight at the time.
