Lithgow and Clarke are good choices. The rest of the cast is mostly unknown to me.

Mixed feelings here.

On one hand it does look good and the Lithgow casting more or less makes me want to love it immediately. The kid, I think his name was Gage, looks spot on.

Now on the flip the original is perfectly fine and awesome so I don't see the need for a remake. I also think we are going to have to end up having some goth emo cover of the pet Semetary song because the Ramones version won't fit with the times. You might get their version at the last of the end credits.

I will still watch though.

If you saw the first movie there's no way in hell they'd look the same. 30secs in the trailer they show the truck was swerved out.

I'm not impressed, but the lead character ( I think ) who plays the father, makes a great Pet Sematary type guy. But they showed nothing of him. So i'm not sure. I'm really not impressed. I think should have left it alone.

John Lithgow in Dexter is one of the greatest performances of all time. I just wanted to say that.

They shouldn't have revealed that twist in the trailer/posters.

Lithgow was decent. Too many crappy jump scares. All in all a let down.
