This is money. The shows cost tons in licensing. Netflix has a good catalogue of in house IPs they can produce much cheaper.

I really cant see Disney doing Punisher, or Jessica Jones for that matter. Both are a bit dark for the Disney format. Especially Punisher.

Punisher is far from Light R. Especially with the story going forward. No way Disney wants any part of Punisher. I'm willing to bet the deal here is to give Disney, Daredevil, let Netflix keep Punisher and maybe something else in return that we dont know about right now.

I also dont believe Jessica Jones is " Disney " material. It would need to be watered down from what it is now and by then, it would be worthless. I'm guessing Jessica Jones stays on Netflix too.
