I actually quite enjoyed SmackDown this week.

I'm loving this "The New Daniel Bryan" gimmick and he's actually making me interested in the WWE Title picture again.

I actually hope he holds on to the title at TLC and Styles can move on to something else and we can get a new face in the WWE Title picture. Styles is good but to me, face Styles is a little bit on the boring side and I've not really been interested in the WWE Title picture since he won the title from Jinder Mahal.

Also, I was kinda "let down" when Daniel Bryan came out on MizTV and his name graphic on TV didn't day "The New Daniel Bryan". With the amount of times he's been called "The New Daniel Bryan", I was actually thinking/hoping that it would be part of his gimmick.

Kinda like when Brian Kendrick changed to "The Brian Kendrick".

SD had 1.94 million viewers this week, down from last week’s 2.26 million.


That’s the second lowest in SmackDown Live history, only beating the November 8, 2016 episode (1.92), which was the night of the US presidential election. This time last year SD had 2.49 million viewers.
