Which of these NXT stars will be the biggest hit on main roster?

EC3, exactly the kind of well built heel Vince loves

Ciampa, Cole and Gargano would be lucky if they are not on 205 Live.

This.
Even someone as surefire as Lars Sullivan will most likely be just another guy inside of six months because they will either try to push him way too hard to be a top guy right now, or let him languish not doing shit of note. High chance he will either get his mystique killed quickly for zero reason or be forced into some comedy angle.

As I said before: he can stay in NXT. And I don't mean that as an insult.

EC3 has too much TNA and Derrick Bateman stink. He still looks like a jacked Jake Peralta.

No one will be a really big hit, but Aleister Black will probably "do the best" just because he "looks different than everyone else" with all his tattoos.

Adam Cole might have a shot at a KO type role.
Ricochet could go either way.
Bianca I think would do well on the main roster but I thought the same for Ember Moon.
Matt Riddle could go either way.
Dream should be huge but IDK if Vince will 'get' him.
LARS going to do great tho

Lars will have an Umaga/Rusev type initial run, then be conquered and become a midcard act.
EC3 could be the new rich entitled heel with an Alberto Del Rio/JBL type run.
He is tall and jacked, which in Vince's eyes is already 3/4th of what he thinks makes a star.
I am pretty certain the "Big Plans" WWE had for Bobby Roode vanished as soon as Vince saw in person how short he is.
It's why all of Undisputed Era, Ciampa, Gargano, and Pete Dunne don't bring high hopes.
The fat guys have no chance. K.O. and Joe got a chance based of their rep and great promo skills.
Ricochet I just don't see getting a fair shake. At best he will be a highlight reel without a real push like Neville, at worst he will be like Apollo and not even get a chance to show his skills regularly.
Dream has a cool thing going, but I don't see it working away from the NXT bubble. He has Adam Rose/Emma written all over him.
Aleister is interesting, because he in unique, but so is Shinsuke, and if WWE wouldn't pull the trigger on Shinsuke, I don't see Aleister getting by on being unique.
Who the fuck are these people?

Aleister Black and its not close. Long-term, I'd go with Dream, but that's 5 years down the road....

Tricky. It should be Dream, but I see them fumbling and the special fading. Maybe in 5 years after his main roster debut they get serious with him and they push him down throats, but the pessimist in me sees him drowning when they put him into sink or swim mode.
I think they'll push Aleister. I'm not sure how genuinely over it will be, but they will try hard with him. So I guess my short-term answer is Black and long-term is Dream.
I do see Ricochet getting Rey Mysterio over.

I don't see Cole's size being the hindrance that many think it will be.
Not as much anymore, but it's still a thing. If I were more pessimistic, I would say HHH is waiting for is father in law to die before calling up UE, since Cole is a lot like Shawn, but "smaller"... and I threw that in quotes, because Michaels was never ever really the biggest guy even in his prime, but the whole Vince-ism of perception being reality starts at Vince himself. I think Cole might get one sliver of a fair shot, and if he got an inopportune injury or something, he'd be in the same boat as Finn Balor.
If all things were fair, pretty much all of these guys should make incrimental progress on the main roster and pretty much be upper-midcard to possible main event threats in 3-5 years... but since WWE stopped building like that and wait until disaster strikes to go into panic mode booking, all of the persons listed will be made to look like mooks in short order, with nobody being better than anyone else unless they're Brock Lesnar or Roman Reigns.
Most of these people are just part of the WWE toy collection so they aren't drawing attention to other organizations or themselves. And they have so many, you'd think they'd start being prominently featured, but the only one with the true break in recent history has been AJ Styles, and he didn't even get sent to NXT.

I think the issue, if there is one with Cole, is that he doesn't look "larger than life." It's not really his height, per se, it's that he looks like such a normal guy. He isn't particularly cut, and even so, I do think he's smaller than Shawn Michaels. And while I do like the guy enough, he's not exactly the same special kind of talent that HBK is/was.

Starting with the time the WWE Network made NXT available to a larger audience, there has been only one guy who matched his NXT success to the main roster, and that's Kevin Owens.
He's the only one the machine has gotten behind in any meaningful way. he had a good run as champion, a DVD biography release, ect.
Every other male call up has failed to be capitalized on.

Why would you want an NXT jobber on the main roster. It's not like Tye Dillinger is doing really well.

Why would you want an NXT jobber on the main roster. It's not like Tye Dillinger is doing really well.
And that's not really his fault. He's a great example, actually. Here was a guy who was someone who was looked at by Dusty as "why is he still down here?" talent. He can apparently do it all, but he isn't getting a chance to showcase any of it. People from NXT are being groomed to "work WWE style" and slide onto the main roster and likely promised nothing but upward mobility... then when they show up, most of them get the spotlight for a moment (in Tye's case, coming out at the predictable 10 during the Royal Rumble), and then either little to no screen time, or taking whatever screen time they have to make them look inconsequential.
To the wormen for a second for a wider example: Bayley was the scrappy, fight from underneath babyface that had to reach down to overcome the odds. On the main roster? She is a moron who consistently gets betrayed by her so-called friends and loses all the time. You know, like people are want to get behind. Later on, Asuka is down in NXT wrecking shit, being undefeated, tearing through all comers, even in some self-requested handicap matches, because "nobody ready". They even looked to be putting that over on her transition. But what happened when she showed up on the main roster? They gave her Bayley's NXT gimmick: the scrappy fight from underneath babyface that had to reach down to overcome the odds. They killed their own build they put in place for her by starting her off with someone who they had already established as a jobber and have her struggle to win and hasn't been booked much better since.
They do this with just about everyone they call up: make them totally unimportant to the point of nobody caring. There are very few exceptions like Seth Rollins' million dollar heel turn-cum-path of redemption, or parts of Kevin Owens' start/stop pushes, but they're pretty much all otherwise made to look like jackasses nobody should care about instead of the future stars they're supposed to be.
So being excited about anyone on this poll getting a call up seems like an excercise in futility to me. I look at it more like "Oh, okay... how is Vince going to fuck THIS one up?"

NXT just has magic. Look at Tyler Breeze, he has been irrelevant on the main roster for years, yet he shows up for a surprise match in NXT without all the needless tweaks Vince gave him, no fashion police nonsense, and it was like he was that same great character who everybody agreed should be called up.
Is he more famous as a funny jobber, sure. Dude has booked commercials and is more known. But is he a more compelling character, not by a long shot.
That is NXT Callups in a nutshell. Vince turns them into basic generic versions of themselves with no depth of character, no advancement, they are bit players who just happen to be around.
It's why EC3 is the easy pick, cause no matter what, the dude is jacked, and that's what Vince has always preferred.
Jinder got a World Title run mostly cause Vince was impressed with his body, and he wanted to make $ in India.
EC3 will certainly get a shot from Vince.

What depth? The only difference between Tyler in NXT and Fashion Police is how much he acts like a prick.
Also, fashion police were over and one of the few genuinely entertaining acts before they were inexplicably cooled off.

The depth that his character wants to win a match for starters.
