Though Rey Mysterio vs. Andrade had been announced for tonight's SmackDown, their match will no longer be happening.

WWE posted a video shortly before SmackDown went on the air, with it announcing that Mysterio vs. Andrade has been pulled from tonight's episode. It was said that Mysterio suffered an ankle injury during his match against Baron Corbin on Raw last night. The video also stated that Mysterio will be re-evaluated as we get closer to WrestleMania.

WWE's been a complete mess with handling stuff for this Road to Mania. That's like the 3rd match or so that's been abruptly pulled because Vince/Creative keep making too many last minute changes.

According to the Observer, WWE still considering the idea of Becky not pinning/submitting Ronda at Mania since it would tie into potential post-match plans.

All depends on when Ronda takes her break from wrestling.

According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, the current idea for the WrestleMania main event is that whoever loses their title without being pinned will want revenge and a chance to win their title back.

Ronda Rousey is expected to be taking a long break either after WrestleMania or shortly after. If Rousey stays for at least another PPV, one possibility would be Becky Lynch pinning Charlotte Flair to win both titles, then wrestling in a singles match against Rousey at the next PPV. Or if Rousey’s leaving, Becky could pin Rousey and continue in a feud against Charlotte afterwards.

Miz beat Sanity in a handicap match despite Sanity having the numbers advantage and it being a Falls Count Anywhere match that was randomly announced by Shane. Ring announcer wanted to proclaim Shane's accolades to the crowd but Shane told him it wasn't needed tonight.

Then there was a multi-person mixed tag match that abruptly became a battle royal. Otis did some jiggling for Mandy and Asuka won in the end because her music played.

Now to the fun part. After several minutes of unremarkable action, one of the DOA tagged Billy Gunn into the match to oppose Road Warrior Animal. Tiring of The Outlaws shenanigans, Animal also tagged out of the match, only he tagged Road Dogg. Partners being tagged into these kinds of matches together was not new; it happened to The Headbangers at WrestleMania 13. On that occasion Mosh and Thrasher just danced around for a bit before tagging out. This time, however, The Outlaws appeared to be stumped until Chyna – who was at ringside with them – whispered something in Road Dogg’s ear. Dogg then re-entered the ring and was told by the referee to engage with Billy and start wrestling. That he did, but in one fluid motion he threw himself to the ground allowing Billy to pin him, who therefore won the match for his team and retained the Tag Team Titles in the process.
The following week on Raw, Jim Ross mentioned the closure of that particular loophole by announcing the creation of a new rule: The Outlaw Rule now prevents tag team partners from pinning each other, in any kind of tag match. While The Outlaw Rule is a fitting name and sounds pretty cool, I can’t help but feel that it should be called the Chyna Rule. After all, she was given the credit for spotting the loophole in the first place…
